We stayed here for one night as we had to catch a very early morning train and the location of the hotel could not be more perfect, it’s literally less that a 5 minute drive from the high speed train station. The room & bedding was very clean & we had no complaints.

Ole ollut tässä hotellissa kahdeksantoista kertaa, koska se on kaikkein ystävällisin ja ammattitaitoisin henkilöstö, erityisesti 2 Front Desk nuoret miehet. He ovat erittäin kiitollisia. Toivottavasti hotelli on aarteita hyvä henkilöstö kuten he.

The hotel is located near to Jinhu subway just about less than 200 meters away. The staff the front desk is very friendly and helpful, providing us info around the hotel eg the nearest Luckin coffee etc. The cleanliness is tip top too and it even offers free supper at the breakfast area on the 15th floor. The lady staff serving supper is also very friendly. Overall we are very please with our stay in Echarms chain of hotels , the only difference is that this Echarm hotel is yet to be incorporated with all the 'Smart' features , unlike all other Echarms hotel that we have stayed in . Likewise the machine at laundry room is also not as smart as the machines in other Echarms hotel.

Location is good. Near the shopping district easily to get around. The only thing is the room we had, do not have a windows. So is a bit dark. other than that, the amenities is also good. There is a laundry room for customer to use is required.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

This hotel is relatively new , clean and fresh . Beddings are comfy . Room was quiet .Breakfast was good with ample choice . I enjoy my morning americano . Sunac mall was beside it hence many food choice available . Sanjie liang xiang is just a short ride away. All the front desk staff are polite and very engaging .
