We enjoy and love the ambiance here. Quite place and not so far from beach. The view from pool and balcony (duplex) was superb! Near the small mosque( not walking distance due to hill) and eating area. Had a change to visit the night market nearby. Delicious street food and cheap!!

Rakastin ehdottomasti oleskeluani tässä hotellissa! Huoneen päivitys ja suunnittelu: Minut päivitettiin hiljattain remontoituun huoneeseen, ja se oli upea! Sisustus on erittäin kaunis, minimalistinen tyyli lämpimin puusävyin. Olin erittäin vaikuttunut itse huoneesta. Erinomainen henkilökunta: Henkilökunnan palvelu oli erinomaista. Hardy, Kik ja Cream olivat kaikki ihania ja tarjosivat erinomaista ja erittäin ystävällistä palvelua. Erityismaininta kuuluu myös Lusholle aamiaisravintolassa. Hän piti minusta erinomaista huolta ja oli aina valmis suosittelemaan ruokia ja vastaamaan kaikkiin ruoasta kysymyksiimme – kysy häneltä mitä tahansa tarvitset! Sijainti: Sijainti on loistava! Ao Nangin rannalle on vain lyhyt 7 minuutin kävelymatka ja yömarkkinat, ravintolat ja 7-Eleven-tavaratalo ovat hyvin lähellä. Palvelut: • Kylpylä: Hotellin kylpylä on fantastinen! Kävin aromahieronnassa 850 THB:llä, ja se oli erinomainen – sekä lihakset että mieli rentoutuivat täysin. Rauhoittavat luonnonäänet, erityisesti sateen ropina hieronnan aikana, tekivät siitä uskomattoman rentouttavan. • Kuntoilu ja uima-allas: Kuntokeskus on hyvin varusteltu ja uima-allas on ihana. We were travelling with 3 kids. The pro's: The buggy riders were nice with warm smiles everytime we took the ride. The resort is situated in the lush rainforest, suitable for nature lovers.8 The cons (unfortunately more than the pro's) We arrived late because of the flight delay twice, and our luggage did not arrive with us as well. So we are family of 5 who arrived in a foreign country with no other clothes apart from what we were wearing. There were a miscommunication about the booking, and the hotel receptionist simply said it was against our policy since we booked the room for 2 person only, without any emphathy or sympathy, till I needed to say, the extra person were only kids. Then only the manager got out and offer us solution. Again our luggage arrived late on our second day there, every time we asked about our luggage, the receptionist simply say, no your luggage had not arrived, then she looked away from me, without offering any help! The cleanliness is average, which is not standard to a 4 star hotel. They did not provide plastic bags for the dustbins. We have to pick up the used towels and give it to the cleaner because she will not collect them unless we told them to do so. The hotel room, swimming pool and reception were far away from each other and warrants buggy ride. For a family with small kids, this may not be suitable. Overall this is not a memorable experience, the hospitality (apart from the very nice buggy riders) really requires improvement.

Had a pleasant stay at GLOW. Location: Very Good. Food, wellness centers, convenient store, shopping & Bars, tour agents are within reach less than 50m away from hotel. About 15mins walk to the beach & to the nearby night market. Easy to get Grab(ehailing) anytime of the day. Money changer just next to the hotel entrance. Hotel: Staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. Bedding & linen was comfy, complete amenities, mine was with balcony. Breakfast is standard but enough to fill up your tummy to start the day. Plus point :after a long day, the pool & poolside bar was the best to unwind & relax. Clean & sizable enough for a swim. Do check out their cocktails. It’s is so delicious. Personally, is the best by far in krabi, even better than high end hotel bars. Quality cocktails! Buy 1 Free 1 promo before 6pm. Recommended! Had an amazing time in Krabi. Definitely will stay at GLOW if I’m back in Krabi.

A porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.  This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

I really loved it here. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good, not a lot choices but everything was tasty. I really loved the fact that the manager walked around and talked to guests about their stay. Pool was huge and we loved it. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Location was quite distant but they offered a free shuttle rides to main street and beach. One thing: i didn’t like that the fishes were fed with bread by the hotel employees, buy them some fish feed :)

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
