Love this hotel, the design, amenities, location & friendly staffs! Im checking in late, so the staff WhatsApp me the details to do self-check in. It's easy to understand & even videos provided! Although there's no lift, during office hours the staff will help to arrange your heavy luggage to your room! The room is clean, 4 pillows & comfortable bed, the one I booked is just nice for solo stay! Enough space for 2 luggages & its very cool that the TV is played through projector! There's also sound bar! Im staying at level3, & there's atas water depenser right outside my room! Location is very close to the myeongdong street & very close to daiso! Just note that the street outside the hotel is a little quiet bcus all eatery closes by 8pm. Hotel lobby is very cute with free coffee machine & sofa to relax! The smaller rooms are fully booked, so sad that I only get to stay here for 2 nights! Will book again for my solo trip👍🏻

Luxurious room that overlooked Yongsan and Seoul Tower. Clean and stylish. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Great restaurants in the hotel, including a delicious breakfast buffet and 2-star La Yeon! Our room included access to the outdoor pool but we preferred to swim in the indoor pool as the weather was already chilly in late October. Location was a little bit away from Myeongdong and other tourist attractions, but it wasn’t far by metro or taxi. The airport limo bus from Incheon airport has a drop off on the main road right outside the hotel.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience each time I visit your hotel. The staff, in particular, has always made a positive impression, offering an exceptional level of service that truly enhances my stay. However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility. As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. The spirit of hospitality, in my view, lies in creating an environment where guests feel valued and respected, without the presence of any sense of hierarchy or authority overshadowing the experience.

I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos. The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly. When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice. Will definitely be back. Grand Hyatt ＜3 !

With its strategic location, elegant interiors, and superb amenities, it’s an easy 5/5 stay. ✅ Highly recommended for travelers who want to stay near Myeongdong but in a calmer, more refined area.

The hotel is located at Chungmuro subway station, there are many eateries nearby the hotel and a few convenience shops just few steps away from the hotel. Walking to Myeongdong is abt 10-15mins just turn right and walk straight all the way from the convenience shop outside the hotel. Bottles water are provided everyday and unlimited for you to take at the Main lobby. Overall we love the hotel, but the cleanliness of the room floor and stained sofa in the room is not up to my expectation. Was somehow disappointed that the bath tub was quite dirty also so my kids didn't get to use the bath tub this trip. Thankfully, the hotel allow us to store our luggage while we were away for Busan and return after 3 days. The staff are very friendly and polite too.

This hotel was in a great location - close to the subway and many restaurants around! It was clean and enough room for my family of 5. The concierge was very helpful and let us leave our luggage for a bit after check out. We had trouble booking a taxi through our app, so they also helped us book one. It also has a cafe connected to it for convenience. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was amazing! They had free water and coffee, the location was great, only 15 mins from Myeongdong, I went so many times. It was easy to shop and bring back things. The room size was huge even for one person. I had a direct view of Namsan Tower and it was so pretty, photo doesn't do it justice.

Koska minulla oli todella huono hotellihuone, minun piti vaihtaa 2am. koska se on 24/7 pöytä, matka-asunto oli yksi ainoa mahdollisuuksia minulla. Se ei ollut huono. mutta hintaan... olisin mennyt jos voisin. se oli melko kaukana metro (there’s a line about 3 minutes away but it’s the less used. the one you’re going to use a lot is about 15 minutes away, which is quite a lot for the price range of the hotel). there was also not much around, Sinun piti välttämättä ottaa kuljetuksia tai kävellä ympäri 15-20 minuutteja saada asioita ympäri. mutta jos sinulla ei ole muuta vaihtoehtoa, se varmasti ei ole pahin hotelli, jonka menisit
