Stayed in a clean Western style room which had twin beds. Dinner and breakfast were nicely presented and delicious. Both the public and private onsens were nice. Good value for money.

Hotel room is awesome and overall condition is excellent!! Room was very comfortable! The onsen is great, both indoor and outdoor hot spring were very nice!! The service is outstanding!! Staff are very friendly and attentive!! Definitely would come back next time!!

I had a great time at Kannawaen with my family recently! We booked 2 rooms at Superior Japanese Western Room With Open Air Bath, with breakfast option. Parking was easy and spacious, everyone at the hotel was very kind and professional, room was very nice, clean, warm with nice views. I don't have much complaints except for check-out was done through a machinery method and the hotel only had one machine at the check-out area. FYI they also had employees who could speak English, which was great for forigners!

別府極好選擇。住宿在一所店鋪的樓上，空間非常非常大，室內設備用料都是高級貨，各種生活所需設備都有齊。工業風的室內裝修， 沒有了住酒店的感覺，反而很有住家的感覺。 如果六時後才能check in， 記得先問老闆check in手續所需的密碼，這個只是第一次進入店铺大門的密碼， 裏面櫃檯上有部ipad，根據ipad所顯示的程序辦check in手續， 跟著會顯示一個進入自己房間的密碼，這個密碼亦是之後進入店舖的密碼。 泊車可根據店舖所提供的地圖顯示一號或二號停車場泊車，車位充足。

Ihana paikka. Halusin käydä joen vanhassa ilmapiirissä, tatuoinnilla ja jalkapalloilla. Se oli loistava hotellin valinta! Hyvä huone, on pölyä, ilmastointi, lämpötila tee- ja teepalvelu, on peili kannettava meikki, on kuivaus aineita, peili lähes täydessä kasvussa, lepoalue (pöytä ja 2 tuolia) ikkunan lähellä, jääkaappi, 4 jalkaa, anna 2 suuria pyyhkeitä ja 2 pieniä, ovi päällysteet ja sokkeja niille vaihdettiin joka päivä. Aamiainen kayeske, ei kaikki maun alla, mutta nälkä En varmasti jäi) Vapaa olutta niin paljon kuin haluat, pudota itsesi ensimmäisen kerroksen, sekä minimeri/kahvi/vesikone. Kylpyhuoneet ovat hämmästyttävät, kaunis!!! Erittäin kaunis ja ilmakehä! Tämä on kahvia, toisaalta et sano. Kaikki kuuluvat ovat, fani hyvää voimaa. Kaikki on ajateltu hotellissa! Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi kosmetiikka ihonhoitoon kylpyhuoneen jälkeen. Alue on myös kaunis, hyvin suunniteltu. โรงแรมดีมาก ดีตั้งแต่เลี้ยวรถเข้าหน้าโรงแรม มีพนักงานผู้หญิง ยืนรออยู่และเดินมาสอบถามถึงที่รถ ว่าให้พนักงานโรงแรมขับรถไปเก็บที่จอดรถให้ไหม เป็นโรงแรมเดียวในรอบ 8 คืนนี้ที่มีพนักงานช่วยขนกระเป๋าจากรถ มาเช็คอิน และช่วยขนขึ้นไปส่งถึงห้องพัก จองห้องพักที่มีบ่อแช่ส่วนตัวในห้อง ห้องดีมาก ห้องใหญ่มาก เสื่อกลิ่นสะอาดเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ในห้องมีเครื่องทำกาแฟ มีชุดชงชา อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟต์ อาหารดี หลากหลาย บ่อแช่สาธารณะไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่น้ำเป็นสีฟ้าน้ำจากแหล่งธรรมชาติเดียวกับบ่อน้ำพุร้อน

Beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful and green area with magnificent views of the mountains and smoke from hot springs. The hotel itself has hot springs and baths in a lovely garden. Very nice and spacious room with lots of toiletries available downstairs. Within walking distance of the 7 hells of Beppu.

This ryokan is located at the top of a hill and it's very quiet Place is huge and you have a private onsen though the water is scorching hot Need to put a lot of cold water so that the onsen can be used Tough part is that the leaves keep falling from outside into the onsen and you have to use the net to catch it Another issue is check-in latest is by 6pm (otherwise there's no front desk) If you are ok with the check-in constraints, then this place is pretty good

깔끔한 내부와 편안한 욕탕덕에 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 노천탕이 특히나 좋았고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 청결도의 경우 세면대 쪽의 이물질이 청소가 덜 되어 있었습니다. 그걸 제외하곤 정말 깔끔한 숙소였습니다.
