"This hotel is located in Aso district, up the mountain. Preferably to drive. Parking is complimentary. The room is spacious, with a living room and bathroom. Went for the onsen for hotel guests. It has indoor and outdoor onsen pools. I included 2 meals for my stay, breakfast and dinner. Worth the try for the buffet breakfast and dinner."

"위치 자체는 차가 아니면 사실상 가기 어려움. 주차는 숙소 전용으로 있어서 편함. 숙소 주변 분위기 매우 흡족. 다만, 료칸에서 수건부터 유카타까지 모두 대여 필요. 조식은 조촐함. 근처에 무료로 유황지옥찜 이용할 수 있는 곳 있어서, 숙소에서 계란만 구매해서 해먹을 수 있음! (계란 50엔) 다른 유황작물도 만들고 싶으면 가능! 탕은 1개밖에 안된다고 해서 아쉬웠고, 물도 특별한 느낌은 없었음. 총평..돈 더내고 더 좋은 곳 가시길.."

"Varasimme kolmen hengen huoneen, mutta se ei ollut iso, juuri sen verran, että saimme majoittua. Jos sää olisi hyvä, olisi mukavaa juoda teetä parvekkeella. Kurokawa Onsenin vesi on mahtavaa, ja siellä on kuumia lähdealtaita sekä sisällä että ulkona. Kuumien lähteiden kaupunki on melko vilkas, mutta useimmat hotellit sulkeutuvat klo 18. Kaupungissa on monia hotelleja ja ne kaikki tekevät hyvää liiketoimintaa. Tarjoilijan hymy oli erittäin kirkas."

"總體很滿意 這家和山水木，新明館是同一個集團。 山水木和深山山莊緊鄰，在半山上，温泉源頭的位置。入住的話可以免費去山水木泡森林之湯。温泉質量超級好，湯花超級多 酒店提供免費接送服務。到達之前找攜程幫忙聯繫店家來巴士站接。第二天我們想去平野展望台，在前台比劃半天，店家直接開車送我們上去了，10分鐘車程，如果自己走的話，得一個小時，感恩！ 另外checkin的時候前台還會幫忙預訂回程巴士的車票（黑川温泉到福岡/熊本每天班次不多，以防當天沒有位置，提前預訂好班次很有必要！），這點很好 餐食的話，比隔壁山水木豐富不少。第一天晚上是懷石料理，第二天晚上是番茄豬肉火鍋。兩天早餐也都不重樣，第二天餐食還送飲料。 有個紫蘇juice推薦可以嘗試，好喝！ 房間的話，雖然也是10年老酒店了，但比起隔壁山水木的話，算新了不少。房間設施ok，第一天衞生間有點異味馬上工作人員就來處理好了。但吹風機太舊了！希望可以換一個新的"

"酒店位於高原的平原上，空氣清新，附近風景很美，但地點比較偏遠適合自駕遊旅客，去阿蘇火山很近。 我入住新館，因為剛剛翻新，所以房間比較大，房間裝修很新，佈置簡潔，陽台外風景很美，住得舒適。 前台服務員是外籍人士，容易溝通及有禮貌，當我查問有沒有房內有私人溫泉池的房間可讓我們升級入住時，服務員主動為我安排一個家族風呂在我們指定的時段免費享用，這點很貼心。 酒店提供的自助晚餐及早餐一般，食物款式不算多及不夠熱，這是唯一令我們失望的地方。"

"The hotel room has a great view, which makes me feel really relaxed. The hot spring is open until 11:00 p.m., which is perfect for unwinding. The only downside is that there’s no bathroom in the room, so you’ll have to use the public bath. If you can’t make it to the hot spring at night, there won’t be any other place to take a dip, so that’s a bit of a bummer. On the bright side, there’s a golf course right next to the hotel with a beautiful environment. Lots of locals and tourists come to play golf there. The room is also really big and comfortable, so you’ll feel like you’re sleeping in the sky."

"An absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff at the ryokan were incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything we needed. Upon check-in, we were provided with traditional attire, pajamas, tabi slippers, bath amenities, and a small welcome treat with matcha and coffee. We also asked at the front desk if they could give us a ride to the bus stop after check-out, and they kindly said yes, of course. 
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. At first, we were planning to explore several other local onsens, but after experiencing the ones at the ryokan, we felt completely satisfied. There are separate baths for hotel guests (men’s and women’s), baths open to both guests and visitors (also divided by gender), as well as a private onsen. One of the onsens also has a sauna.
The traditional dinner and breakfast were both impressive—delicious and very generous in portion.
The surrounding grounds are stunning, perfect for peaceful walks. This ryokan is a bit further from the main cluster of inns, but that was exactly what we wanted—to enjoy quiet walking.
At night, our futons were laid out for us, adding to the authentic experience. The only reason I deducted one star is the very bright green light on the ceiling that stays on all night and can’t be turned off or covered. I didn’t have a sleep mask with me, and the ryokan didn’t provide one, so I had a sleepless night. It was quite unpleasant.
That said, I still highly recommend this ryokan—it’s an unforgettable place to stay."

"This stay at Ryokan Sanga is faultless, from service, to food, hot springs to everything, it’s so thoughtfully set up and delivered. It’s not a luxury place but our stay there is well beyond luxury. Love it so much and have no hesitation to recommend it. Worth all the travel to meet the nice people in this wonderland of onset."

"The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's."
