説真話，下次如果再來這地方，我依然會選擇住這裏，用攜程接近20年了，能做到這麼多評論還可以是零差評的，服務這點可以説是不輸五星級酒店的，甚至很多走中高端路線的民宿，服務超越五星級酒店的，這家店的服務，沒得説，定下來房間第一時間聯繫客人，詢問到店的時間，再告知路線和是否開車，怎麼安排停車，一切服務應有盡有… 定的這間房，就是為了看日落的，趕在太陽下山前，去到了酒店，結果，我那不爭氣的摺疊屏手機卻在關鍵時候關機了，充半天都不開機，鬱悶死我了，當時店裡小姐姐給準備了下午茶，看着就美味可口，因為我生理期不適合喝菊花茶，還給我換成了咖啡…真的無比感激小姐姐的服務👍👍好在孩子因為在小梅沙海洋世界裏玩了潛水，時間太久了，冷到了。到了酒店第一時間把陽台泡池放滿，孩子看着日落，吃着美味的下午茶點心，驅散了全身的寒氣。孩子突然來的一句話，讓我覺得一切都值了“（⊙o⊙）哇，原來這個酒店的日落真的好美啊”。雖然遺憾沒有拍到那麼美的日落，但是最起碼我和我的寶貝，親眼目睹了，晚上孩子睡了，我就坐陽台看星星…滿天繁星，這感覺，真的很好！ 酒店的洗浴用品也特別好的，都是全新的，然後，給孩子洗了兩次頭髮，都不會乾枯打結，特別的滋潤柔順，説明東西確實不錯。孩子喜歡那個洗護用品的味道，臨走時還説要帶走，等着下次去別的地方旅行時候用。 第二天離開酒店前，孩子去旁邊《阿卡那拉琉璃海沙灘》玩水了，玩得不想走，然後到了退房時間，跟小姐姐商量延遲退房，特別温和的説，可以的。那一刻，真的被暖到了，一個人帶娃出門，會有各種狀況，又不想影響孩子出來玩的心情，真的，被理解的心情，太感謝了。 酒店的早餐很不錯，然後就在琉璃海上面的景觀餐廳，位置絕了👍👍 離開時候，孩子還問下次是否還可以來這裏住，那次學的可以。這裏時候放鬆式的遛娃…真的是度假的那種，我也特別喜歡。 整個房間寬敞舒服，衞生也是無可挑剔的，冰箱裏還暖心的準備可樂和零食，過了一個舒適安靜的夜晚… 抽空一定再去。

Gorgeous hotel! Staff are so lovely and friendly! Our room was upgraded and we had a gorgeous view, when I next visit Shenzhen I would like to stay again! The hotel is not too far away from the local train station which will take you directly into Shenzhen, there’s also a beach nearby with many food stalls. A great outlet park is just a walk away from the hotel. There’s also a robo food delivery which is so cool! Loved our stay, thankyou so much x.serendy resort!

The development is unique for China. You can find similar resorts with accessible seaside and setup, only abroad. It would have been a fantastic experience but it was destroyed by the recent tropical storm hitting Guangdong. Despite the weather which is not related to the resort there are a number of issues to be addressed: 1- the place is a potential safety hazard. Very poor engineering when it was built without proper water management or drainage. Water flashed down from the surrounding slopes flooded the whole resort. Swimming pool and all common areas were full of mad. Restaurants operation was suspended or when finally operating we were literally walking inside a flooded room full of mad where staff was trying to push water away. Rather funny picture. 2- common spaces were not kept clean. It is totally understood that with this storm situation it is impossible to keep the place clean, however, even before the rainfall started , you could tell the place was not kept properly. The common areas and walk paths were not clean full of debris. Swimming pool was not clean. The changing rooms next to the beach were not clean and full of sand with showers blocked. The toilets next to the restaurant were not clean and very smelly. Expensive equipment with branded toiletries is not helping if the place cannot be properly managed. The lounge area next to the seaside was not clean and it was obvious that it is not managed by personnel. 3- the lifeguards supposing to be on duty were occupying the guests beach lounge area playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes while other staff and construction people from the site would have their “break” with them. This is an advertised private beach area and the management should be further involved to provide what the guests are paying for. Lifeguards should be on a different station. They were rather rude too pretending the are the authority! 4- Overall management and personnel. You can tell that there is no maturity or experience. During the storm admittedly they were trying hard to keep the place alive. The resort design otherwise, and rooms are exceptional. Amenities and equipment are top of the class. The western restaurant (before suspending operation) was excellent with great food and unique location overlooking the seaside. Such a pity for this unique resort - management needs to change Wish to see improvements in a future visit.

Future Hotel Shenzhen Review (December 2025) Overall Rating: 3.5/5 stars Decent budget option for a short stay in Shenzhen, but falls short of expectations, especially if you’re hoping for a truly “new” hotel experience. Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport. First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

We were very satisfied with our room, which had a balcony and sea view. The room was large, with comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, and very clean. The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

Wifi speed is slow (Wifi 5, 5Mbps download, 0.2Mbps upload), but it can connect to SurfsharkVP + no disconnection of Wifi. YouTube is stable under SurfShark. TV has HDMI port to connect my Google Chromecast device. YouTube can be played on TV with Google Chromecast device.

Hotelli on erittäin hyvä ja vastaanoton palvelu on erittäin ystävällistä! Minulle annetun huoneen ikkunan alla oli vähän meluisaa, koska siellä oli aina ihmisiä, jotka pyysivät sisäänpääsyä. Se oli vain ateria tarpeeksi ruokapöytiä Suosittelemme, että älä syö aamiaista hotellista poistuttuasi ja siellä on monia ruokapaikkoja noin 100 metrin päässä, hotelli on hyvin lähellä Sea Worldin nähtävyyksiä ja kauppoja, ja se on hyvin lähellä rantaa ja erittäin kätevä matkustamiseen! Autoni on pysäköity maanalaiselle parkkipaikalle, joka on loistava ilmainen pysäköinti! Ennen kuin tulin Shenzheniin ensimmäistä kertaa, ajattelin Shekoun olevan melko syrjäinen, mutta Sea World on silti käymisen arvoinen!

Quaint little hotel in the middle of Gankeng Hakka old town. We managed to book the Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for our family of 3 adults, and it was very comfortable and huge. The location is great as we could enjoy the beauty of the town at night with all the lights and also the serene quiet of the morning before the hordes of tourists. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea set, although there was only 1 poor guy working at the cafe so it was very chaotic. The Chinese tea was very fragrant and the local snacks were interesting.

The apartment is located in a quiet and developing district, which gives a sense of calm away from the city rush. Within walking distance, you’ll find a small convenience store, some coffee shops, and a couple of cafeterias. To reach most other destinations, you’ll need to take the metro or enjoy a 20-minute walk—manageable and safe for most travelers. It’s worth noting that the apartment differs somewhat from the photos in the listing. It is situated on a residential floor with long-term tenants, families, and pets, which adds a lively atmosphere but may not suit those seeking complete seclusion. The kitchen ventilation system appears to work in reverse, occasionally bringing strong cooking smells—particularly garlic—into the room. If you are sensitive to odors, you might want to request a different unit if available. Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones. The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space. That said, the on-site staff are kind, attentive, and do their best to assist promptly. While they may be limited in what they can resolve immediately, their responsiveness is appreciated. Some larger decisions appear to be outside their control, possibly depending on the property owner’s involvement. Utility bills (electricity and water) are reasonably priced, and will likely increase your overall budget by about 10–15%. All in all, I would still recommend this apartment for travelers looking to experience a calm and modern neighborhood, especially if they value space and independence over hotel-style amenities. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become a very pleasant stay.
