"This hotel enjoys an excellent location with great convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station and the West Lake scenic area, and just a 3-minute walk to the popular IN77 shopping mall. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept, providing a comfortable living environment. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful service from Ms. Zhang Weimin, the lobby manager. She was very attentive and patient, giving detailed introductions to the surrounding environment and useful suggestions for getting around Hangzhou. Her professional and warm service made my stay much more enjoyable. With such a prime location, clean facilities and considerate service, this hotel offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone visiting the city."

"We stayed here for 8 nights. As first timers in Hangzhou, we were very impressed with the location and how the hotel still kept up it's cleanliness standards despite being an aged hotel. To the left upon exiting the lobby with a 15 mins lesiurely stroll, u get the upmarket shopping n dining. To the right in about the same time will be a long stretch of Yan'an road shopping mallssss and many choices of food options too. For lazy days, there is also Kerry Centre (next to Decathlon building and just 3 mins walk from hotel) that has food and shopping.To the back will be Wulin night market n West Lake further out. Breakfast buffet was also a highlight for us. Being Asian, there is no lack of noods, porridge, stir fry dishes etc. They also provide sneak preview options of local delicacies like 片川儿 (soup or dry noods)，葱包桧 (much like pressed dough fritters + spring onions) , 豆腐脑 （tasted like smoked soy curds) before u dive into the main portions outside which I found helpful. For a more western palate, there is a live egg station, bacon, sausages, cornflakes etc too. Subway/MTR is literally downstairs. For those travelling with elderly or baby prams, the escalator is for coming up to the road surface n stairs for down although a wheelchair lift ramp is attached. Do request for smoke free levels in the hotel if u prefer cleaner air for the lungs. Hotel staff were very friendly generally, special shout out to Alice from the front desk who helped arranged for the late checkout n extension (additional charges of cos) . Housekeeping was superb too . If I had to nitpick, sound proofing can be better as our room (620) faced a very busy intersection n the rubber seals for window is worn out with gaps. Traffic noise with honks woke us early everyday. There are self service laundry rooms on 5F n 8F. If we are ever back to HZ, we will choose to stay at Zhejiang hotel again. Please keep up the good work and we hope you can continue to upgrade the facade n rooms (we noticed 5F looked renovated) Thank you!"

"Huone oli uusi, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu, mikä oli hienoa. Kerran korttiavaimeni meni rikki, mikä oli ongelma, mutta henkilökunta korjasi sen nopeasti ja auttoi minua. Halusin nukkua hyvin, joten valitsin ikkunattoman huoneen. Seinät ovat ohuet, joten kuulin ääniä viereisestä huoneesta ja käytävältä, mutta se ei ollut häiritsevää. "It is conveniently located within walking distance to railway and metro stations. However, the water temperature is very inconsistent during bathing."

"Hotel location very close to Metro station (Fengqi Road, Line 1, direct train from Airport), 2 minutes (~100m) walk once you came out from train station. Close to attractions (15minute walk to West Lake, IN77, night market etc). Can find local street food around hotel."

"Had a wonderful stay at EBO Hotel! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around. Really loved the hotel rooms — they were comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast was also so good, lots of tasty options to start the day. One of the coolest things is the activities corner with a pool table, arcade machine, and table tennis. Perfect place to chill while waiting for your laundry. There's also a nice garden in the hotel, which is a great spot to relax. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The stay was great and we enjoyed it very much. We booked the loft room but we’re around 180-190cm so the owner showed us the room, mainly the bathroom might have too low of a ceiling and helped us switch the room to the tatami one for free. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a nice location, walking distance from the north of West lake. The owner provided water bottle per person but you can also buy more water or noodles at the lobby for very cheap."

"This hotel is easily one of the top places I’ve ever stayed at in all my travels. Aside from the friendly staff, spacious rooms, affordable rates, and great location, what really stood out was the wide range of amenities they provide, many of which other hotels usually don’t. They have a self-service amenities corner at the reception with items like sanitary pads, heat pads, eye steam masks, lotion, tea bags, coffee bags, and more, all available for guests to take freely whenever needed. Everything is displayed openly, which makes it so convenient as you don’t even need to ask unless they need to restock it. Since we travelled in March during spring, the heat pads were especially appreciated. Another highlight was their in-house café. The coffee was superb, honestly better than some coffee cafés out there. I ordered ice latte every morning before I leave the hotel! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, the place is a little cute village vibe. If your looking for somewhere a bit more quiet this is the perfect place for you. The west lake is close by didi. We actually walked over which took a bit longer but really worth it it cause you see a lot of great views. Our hotel accommenders were amazing, so friendly even though there was a language barrier. They helped upgraded our room for free and even carried our heavy luggage up the spiral stairs even though we refused. Truly recommend this place, 100% worth it."
