"It is a lovely hotel. Hotel grounds allow you to view West Lake without the crowds. You can see 苏提and 雷峰塔 across the waters. I only had tea at the coffee house. The price is the same as the tea houses beside the lake. Great view comes with great prices. You gotta be careful if you ar booking it during weekends or holidays as didi don’t come in. Only taxis. Also, for some reason there were loud music and voices throughout the night, like some event was going on nearby. Either that or someone is watching tv very loudly."

"Location is convenient . MRT station is just in-front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. I am very satisfied with the service provided by staff from intercontnetal hotel Hangzhou . Robin and Robert are extremely helpful . They serve with passion"

"The room is too dim and inconvenient if you have to look for something. You won't be able to see your food clearly if you are to eat in the room. The bathroom is too narrow and with only 3 hooks. If you are to use its rain showerhead, the clothes hanging on the hooks will get wet. If you want to use the normal showerhead, it's mounted so low that it's super inconvenient. The breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. They have a not-so-fantastic courtyard view. There's a neighbourhood nearby (11-min walk). You may find restaurants, supermarket, and convenience stores there."

"Location is only 300m from West Lake and 800m from Wulin night market. Excellent Location. Loved the room too - big and look at the screen. Omg. We wanted to just watch movies and dramas all day. Breakfast was ok - Preorder Western or Chinese. My room comes with a free photoshoot and it was a great experience. Photos turned up well as well!"

"The hotel is absolutely extremely well situated. If you arrive with th speed train in Hanzhoug you take line 6 and two stops before the end you will be at the Hotel exit C ou D forgot but you come in front of Decathlon. The hotel is above a huge Mall so for shopping more than ideal. Tho visit the west lake, the same the subway which is in front of the Mall where the hotel is takes you to the West Lake where you can have a fabulous day on the dragon boats and at really very little cost. You also will have to visit the silk and Souk Market which is more or less in the same area. A lovely modern Chinese town where people are extremely helpful and welcoming. At the Hotel they will do anything to make your stay the most enjoyable and easy to go around."

"Location was pretty far from alot of tourists spots such as west lake and in77 and more ,, 90% of the spots was at least a 25 mins ride by didi. But im fine with that as since its pretty far from city area, it's quiet so its pretty peaceful. But to my horror, halfway through my 5 nights trip , during midnight, the aircon started producing hot air. Feedbacked to the staffs about this issue, and the solution they gave was to open the window. Meaning, the only barrier from the inside of our room to the outside air was just the window curtain. Staff then offered to send up a fan , which I appreciated but it was loud, hindering our sleep processes and it wasn't as strong as expected. I then called the front desk around 1am to feedback and the next solution they gave was to off the air con as hangzhou weather is chilly. Then what was the point of me booking a hotel in the first place if they cant even provide the most basic amenity, air conditioning. Understand that this issue was out of the front of house staffs control. However im sure I am not the only one who bought up this issue, i think staffs can have a better way of service recovery / issue handling plan. I dont think there should only be one solution to problems being bought up by different guests. As a long staying guest staying over for 5 nights, i believe i should've been told about this issue during check in. ( asked the staff when would this issue be fixed, and the answer i got was 2-3 weeks later ) or prior to even booking this hotel. Spoke fluent mandarin throughout the check in process yet was not even being told of this issue. 入住酒店过后才知道酒店空调都是统一制热的，跟工作人员反馈了一下得到的方案却是开窗. 怎么开窗呢 空气里那么多灰尘以及超浓的烟味 怎么开？不能每个提出这个问题的顾客都得到这样统一的答案吧 (前1/2夜 还能忍。后来实在忍不了了才向工作人员提出问题 因为真的很热 空调出的气都是热的) 后来送来了电风扇 (感谢) 但很吵啊 令人难以入眠. 打电话给了前台 然后送出的另一个方案竟然是关掉空调 理由是杭州天气挺凉的，那如果不使用空调的话 那我们一开始订酒店干嘛? 我理解这并不是工作人员范围内能解决的问题 但我认为解决方案得给的更理智一点 不能用同样的方案来概括所有反馈问题的顾客. 身为入住5天的顾客 我也认为我们有被提前通知的权利 哪怕到了前台办理入住时也同样该有被通知的权利 好让顾客有心里准备 而不是半夜被热到睡不着时向你们反映然后得到的方案和答案都显得很敷衍."
