📍Location: It’s right on the edge of West Lake 西湖, around 10-15 minutes by car/bus into West Lake. Staying near west lake is super important because it’s so big so getting just to the entrance takes a bit of time. 
**Something to note: the hotel is on the top of a small slope, however the top part of the slope is rather steep, if you are travelling with people who aren’t that physically able, always get the car to drop you at the top of the hill. If taxi drivers say they cannot go up, insist. When we went there the first day with luggage and all, the taxi driver refused to go up the slope so we ended up dragging 30 inch suitcases up the hill. 
😆 Our experience: I feel like I have to write a paragraph on just how wonderful the service was. The staff was always on hand and taking initiative to serve the guests. Every time we went to the front desk area to wait for a car or ask for help we would be greeted with tea and fruits, even for just a short wait! They helped us ship luggage and parcels to our next hotel in another city and personally took us in their car to a destination when no taxi driver would take our request during a peak hour jam. When we asked for help to figure out a problem they would ensure we were always attended to very quickly. One of the smallest but most lovely gestures that touched me was when we had quite a few stray wires around - chargers, vacuum packing pumps etc, the staff during cleaning actually got Velcro strips and tied all the wires neatly together, this really goes beyond clearing / cleaning your room. I would absolutely return to stay in this hotel just because of their attention to detail. 
🍤 Food: small menu because of the number of guests, but very cosy and the food is great. Try their beef noodles (thin noodles not the thick one), highly recommended! The watermelon juice is very fresh too. 
The wonderful thing about this hotel is that there’s breakfast, midday snack, and a night snack or small ‘bbq’, and all minibar items are complimentary, we’re talking 8-10 drinks. On top of that, fruits are in huge supply. My only regret is not having a large enough stomach to eat everything I saw. 
Cons: truly nothing I can think of.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Even though communication in English wasn’t always perfect, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and effort truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, cozy, and well-located. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is literally ACROSS West Lake. I am still in AWE with the beautiful and memorable experience we had staying in this BEAUTIFUL AND TRANQUIL place. I am attaching photos of the grounds. Just walking around the compound early morning or after dinner is a treat! If I am not mistaken, there are 6 2-story high buildings in the compound that are used as hotel rooms and convention halls or meeting rooms and breakfast place. There was also one building in the compound where Mao Zedong drafted the first constitution! We stayed at the second floor of Building #2. From what I learned, this place is government-run and was renovated and used during the ASEAN summit in Hangzhou where foreign dignitaries stayed. They have a very fast and simple one-man check in counter. Very few English speaking staff, but everyone was very nice and room service was very fast. The room is good for 2pax with a kingsize bed but we opted to pay for an extra bed as there were 3 of us staying in the room. The beddings, towels and toiletries were all high quality and with Dyson haridryer! The scent of their shampoo and bodywash were also very nice. I like that their toilet and shower are separate cubicles which makes the morning rush faster. Toilet is smart toilet - which is a big plus as most hotel toilets do not have bidet! The breakfast buffet that is part of the room package was FANTASTIC! There were 2 options - one is an inhouse buffet breakfast and other one is at 1913, a Michelin-mentioned restaurant which is just beside the compound. We opted to dine at the 1913 on our first morning and thought the food was great with a lot of selection and quality options. Personally, I think the inhouse option was a better breakfast - better than a 5-star hotel breakfast! Since the compound is big, a free shuttle is available to take us to our chosen breakfast place or anywhere in the compound. On our second day, we had to catch a train and had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, upon request the hotel thoughtfully and generously packed for us a takeaway food which we conveniently ate during our train ride. One of the highlights. of our stay here was the free costume rental and 1-hour photography session that was bundled with our room cost. My 82 year old mom had a grand time! BONUS: the hotel provided a free wheelchair for the duration of our stay which we could use inside and outside of the compound! My mom was able to enjoy the scenery of West Lake because of that! The only downside was despite being a non-smoking room, I could still smell faint scent of cigarette. Overall, this place is SUPERBLY RECOMMENDED!

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

我是很少寫點評的，但是這家酒店真的讓我太難忘，從進入酒店那一刻，就被美，安靜，舒服包圍，內心剎那平靜，一切都是那麼和諧。我住了三天，沒有出過酒店的大門，做了Spa,上了神奇的療愈課，做SPA的春春手法極好，加上儀器一起，真的很棒，很放鬆；療愈課一個小時，我感覺就二十分鐘，其中大概頌缽聲中睡著了，酒店的素食凈化我們的身體，一個人安靜的欣賞每個角落，或者在露台上泡杯茶看看湖面釣魚的人兒，一切都那麼平靜，太棒了，打算一月來住一次了。對了，感謝酒店的每一位工作人員，老公當中要坐高鐵，酒店竟然免費接送，司機熱情周到，太感謝了

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the West Lake and adjacent to the Intime Mall—perfect for exploring Hangzhou. We stayed in a suite (Room 1602), which was very spacious and comfortable. However, we did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working in the middle of the night. The biggest letdown was the breakfast service during the October Holiday. While we understand the hotel was at full capacity, the breakfast experience was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was severely overcrowded, with more tables crammed in than the space could comfortably hold. To our surprise, staff were asking guests to share tables with strangers. With large banquet halls available on the same floor, it was frustrating that a more suitable space wasn't opened to accommodate the crowd. For future peak periods, the hotel should either find a better way to manage breakfast or consider not offering it, as the experience was so unpleasant we would rather skip it altogether.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. 服務人員熱情，住店前溝通了解酒店附件可以晚上到那邊看看及到靈隱寺的車程等訊息多很耐心講解，最後離開時候發票忘記後微信聯繫上了馬上幫助補開，前台服務人員整體素質高，房間不大夠用，總體晚上休息的蠻好的，如有需要計劃到靈隱寺的，景區限行，附件有專車進入景區，推存！

優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏 缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。 總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
