"The check-in process was smooth. There was no room card provided; instead, I was given a password to access my room, which was stated on a formal document. Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Location : just walk straight 500m from Beppu station, the hotel is at your right side Amenities: all restaurant are around the hotel , all facial products , pyjamas and even can choose own pillow from the hotel lobby Service : free breakfast from hotel, check In procedure is smooth and easy. All doors are pin locked . The staff service is superb. Room is big for solo traveler , and onsen is public bath and it’s so great! Cleanliness 100% If you want to visit hells of Beppu, you may purchase one day bus pass cost about JPY1100, and upon return from the hells the bus will just stop right infront of the hotel , super convenient Highly Recommend for those who wants to visit Beppu"

"If you're considering this hotel, you'd better stay at Yula-Re. We booked almost the largest room they have and it felt very cheap and cramped still. Glad we stayed only a single night there. The rooms are small even for Japan, and it's impossible to fit luggage under the bed, so it feels even more cramped. The bathroom has a ridiculously high floor, we tripped over the entrance so many times... And the bath is so tiny that you'll have to use Yula-Re's onsen to wash. There are 9 or 10 floors but only one elevator, slow and tiny, so we had to wait for unreasonable time every time we wanted to go out. The pajamas are nice but the wooden slippers are so broken they ask to kill them rather than be worn one more time. The worst was the bed cover paired with the sheet you have to use instead of a normal blanket. Felt so unhygienic... There were several good points, though: the service was good and friendly, the location is great - just steps away from Beppu station, bus stop, combini and cafes nearby. And the possibility to freely use Yula-Re's amenities such as rooftop pool and onsen! But then again, consider staying at Yula-Re. This hotel didn't feel like value for money."

"Beautiful sea view from the room, and the balcony is super spacious! However, the room layout is quite tight, can’t even fully open a large luggage. Service is excellent, and the amenities are impressive, even providing skincare face masks. Really enjoyed the in room onsen. Perfect for honeymoon couples 👍"
