Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

The room wasn’t very clean, but the location is excellent and the price is good. There is a washing machine available. However, the bathroom drain doesn’t work well and needs to be manually cleared. Housekeeping is not done daily, if you need tissues or towels changed, you have to request it. Drinking water is not free; even the four bottles provided are charged separately at supermarket prices.

First off, the service was great. They were so helpful and friendly. They even helped bring up out ******* order up to own room. Can't say enough nice things. If was was going to the convention center, I would 100 percent stay here again. However, its a little far from the ice festival and downtown. Not great when it's super cold out.

這是我住過最最好等到服務了，老闆這家店在維修，但是我訂了以後沒有取消我們的酒店，原價住了她另外一家酒店因為是半夜到，上面顯示公寓11：30以後不接待，提前聯繫老闆，老闆半夜都給回覆，樓下就是一整條美食街，吃一年可以不重樣，真的非常開心。感動一整年。祝老闆生意興隆，老闆天天發大財！沒拍圖，將就下飛機的圖片湊數

Good hotel. Very clean and just by the roadside. Next to the hotel is McDonald and a small shopping mall which has supermarket. Can grab a quick fruits or water to drink. The staff of the hotel are very nice despite language barrier still willing to translate and help. The hotel also can do late Check Out, need to pay 20 yuan for every hour. We stayed until 5 PM due to night flight. The room service also cleans the room everyday and fresh towels and clean bins. Great hotel.

Travelling together with friends! We sleep well~ the hotel is nice and clean and the room is big enough for us to open 3 big big laugage~ very comfortable, service is also good very friendly. There is laundry and washing machines is free to use, only need to paid but money if you want to use dryer! Suggested! There is a lot of restaurant around and bus stop in front of the hotel

Nice hotel with a broad range of food for breakfast with not only chinese breakfast type but also toast, butter and jam). Nice service and follow-up as well. All the seats in their shuttle from the airport were booked so they offered to pay me back the taxi fees (please note that there is a maximum amount). And when you check-in they will provide a welcome pack with every practical things needed to resist the cold weather in Harbin.

哈爾濱來過無數次了，這次入住的房間出乎意料的好，不衹是出行非常方便，離西站非常近，坐地鐵去哪裡都便捷，逛了早市，去了731遺址，吃了美食…… 關鍵房間入住簡單，面積夠大，寬敞舒服，室內設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機麻將機都有，大屏幕看電視還是電影很清晰，非常滿意👍，下次來一定多住幾天！

我是來旅遊的 不是衝著電腦去的所有不評價設備 優點：出門就是地鐵口 很方便 缺點：住的一樓loft 隔音很差，電競酒店基本都是開來一起打遊戲的 隔壁打遊戲到凌晨聲音都可以聽得一清二楚，廁所非常的冷，但是房間暖氣還是挺足的。
