"This is really great 2 nights stay on Koh Mook, the services from all staffs are beyond my expectation, they show genuine friendliness and willingness to serve. We enjoy having conversation with everyone. The room (deluxe double) is nicely decorated and shower is clearly separated from toilet. Location is good as it is within walking distance to village, restaurants,shops and everything. Breakfast is also good,a combination of both local and western varieties. The dining area is set on the cape with both indoor and outdoor area, so though not tried but believe the atmosphere in the evening must be great. Perfect spot for morning photos too. We will surly consider staying here again next time we visit Koh Mook"

"The rooms at the back of this resort are basic and a bit run down. AC is good and water pressure for shower. No decoration in the room, drap painted walls. No net curtains so you have to close the blackout curtains for privacy. The balcony area and garden again no privacy and the gardens are just some grass and trees. Lots of broken furniture scattered to areas of the resort on show. For the money I paid for sky rooms. Could do better. Buffet breakfast was standard, no fresh coffee. Staff super friendly. Lot of sand Flys on the beach. Easy 5 min walk from pier, shops and restaurants."

"The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room ."

"Хороший отель, бунгало приятное, есть все необходимое, уборка ежедневно, вайфай устойчивый. Территория ухоженная, живописная, напротив нашего бунгало был пруд, вид на гору, лягушачий концерт по ночам и иногда плавает варан. Пляж Чарли неторопливым шагом 5 минут, запасайтесь средствами от песчаных мух, их нет только на Сабай бич, на него лучше на каноэ, если не любите сложные пешие прогулки. Все вопросы Ван решает быстро доброжелательно, очень гостиприимна."

"Хорошее расположение, 40м до мелкого пляжа. Номер был 10, из окна вид на деревья. Номер в меру просторный, бельё чистое, мебель в хорошем состоянии. По телевизору только тай. Кондиционер работает, тихий. Вода питьевая всегда есть, можно ещё взять в любое время, или кофе налить. С комарами борются, но иногда залетают. Под окном люк канализации из которой воняет, бывает и в номере воняет. Завтрак яйца, сосиски, тосты. До пирса 700м или 100 бат. Персонал хороший, говорят на английском."
