Let’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

Каждое утро начиналось с практик йоги, и именно здесь рассветы казались особенно романтичными — солнце поднималось медленно, мягко окрашивая пространство, а тело и дыхание входили в день естественно и спокойно. На территории отеля есть бассейн с глубиной, в котором действительно можно поплавать, а также небольшой спортивный комплекс (он расположен в самом дальнем углу территории, но это даже добавляет ощущение уединённости для тренировок). Мы проживали в отдельном домике — просторном, удобном, с хорошей планировкой. Площадь позволяет чувствовать свободу, а все элементы пространства функциональны и логично расположены. Здесь легко расслабиться и просто быть. Персонал отеля — отзывчивый и внимательный. Любые возникающие вопросы решались сразу, спокойно и с искренним желанием помочь. Отдельного внимания заслуживают завтраки. Завтраки с видом на море, на прекрасно обустроенной территории, у нас растягивались почти на три часа — и это лучшее подтверждение атмосферы места. Очень вкусно, продуманная подача, «тарелка» собрана грамотно и с чувством баланса. Можно позавтракать, затем искупаться, вернуться, снова выпить кофе… В целом зона завтрака буквально располагает к неспешности, размеренности и настоящему чиллу. Итог: Long Bay Resort — это не просто отель, а пространство для замедления, восстановления и проживания момента. Место, где сад, море, тело и дыхание соединяются в одно целое. Itse hotelli on todella mukava ja nautimme todella vierailustamme. Aamiainen oli myös loistava, varsinkin vastavalmistetut munaruoat. Makeat ruoat eivät olleet teekuppimme, mutta valintoja riitti. Henkilökunta on erittäin tarkkaavainen ja huolehtii kahvista. Huoneet ovat yleensä siistejä. Lakanoissa on kuitenkin tahroja, minkä jälkeen saatoimme nähdä, että lakanoita ei edes vaihdettu seuraavilla 5 kertaa. Yksityinen uima-allas siivottiin joka päivä, mikä oli hyvä. Valitettavasti huone haisee toisinaan vuoteelta, mikä on erittäin epämiellyttävää. On vain yksi prosessi, joka erottaa makuuhuoneen kylpyhuoneesta. Se oli meille hyvä, mutta se saattaa häiritä muita, koska todella huomaat kaiken. Villan ensimmäisen ja toisen kerroksen välinen laatta on valitettavasti erittäin ohut, joten kuulet askeleita. Meidän tapauksessamme meillä oli valitettavasti erittäin äänekkäitä polkureita, jotka eivät osoittaneet mitään huomiota. Tavarat poltetaan usein iltaisin, mikä on normaalia Thaimaassa, mutta voi olla erittäin epämiellyttävää uima-altaalla. Hieronnat kellarissa olivat erittäin hyviä. Ne eivät olleet yhtä vahvoja kuin hotellin ulkopuolella, mutta se ei ollut huono asia (todennäköisesti, jotta kukaan ei järkyttyisi vieraita), valitettavasti hierontahuoneessa oli aivan liian kylmä! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is great – you can easily rent a scooter directly from the hotel at a good price. If you prefer walking, it takes about 20 minutes downhill to reach the lively area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Our villa with sea view was absolutely beautiful and worth it. The view was stunning, the room was very clean, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was tasty and had everything you need, even though it wasn’t very varied. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book it again on our next visit to Koh Tao.

We were vacationing with friends in this beautiful hotel, the bungalow had a view of the pool and the sea, excellent buffet-style breakfasts, a gorgeous view, a beautiful and clean room, with the possibility to climb to the roof, I would be in the place of the owners, I would put a table and chairs there, or even deck chairs with an umbrella, from the roof there was a gorgeous view of the beach and mountains ) the hosts really liked the hotel, they were ready to help everyone, even ordered a transfer To the Pier at an affordable price) I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and anyone who reads the review)

I would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort. The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there. Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

Great location and very clean. Our fridge wasn’t working staff very friendly and where very quick to get us another fridge they organised out tour very quickly. Great little place to stay restaurant was great to next door

Beautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water . Room was clean and very comfortable. We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests. We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. We would return to this place again in the future

We paid for an upgrade from a Sea Balcony Room to an Ocean Balcony Room, but the view of the beach was very poor. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the upgrade. The hotel offers several activities like kayaking. They help you rent a scooter since the hotel is located far from town. There is a transfer service to the city center three times a day. The beach is one of the best in Koh Tao.
