"The room was quite small, in the typical Ibis style, which was fine. However, there wasn't enough space for luggage. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The female staff member on duty did not seem welcoming or willing to assist. She asked me to wait during check-in without explaining the reason, and her facial expression appeared unhappy throughout the interaction. In my opinion, she would be better suited for a back-office role rather than front-of-house, as she does not represent the level of service expected at the reception."

"Very good location. Easy access to the King Center and nearby locations. However, the hotel itself is old and outdated. The service is not bad and also can't expect more. It is ok for just expanding a night."

"I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh."

"Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which makes a big difference given the Riyadh heat. The staff were warm and welcoming - great hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also impressive with a good selection of both local and international options. We found the location quite convenient as there was a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The only drawback was the entrance, which is slightly tucked away in what looked like an alley, so it can be a bit confusing to spot at first! But, a great stay overall. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Riyadh."

What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!"
