"The housekeeping was great. Service during check in was fast and no hassle. The hotel is so near to gate 338 of the Mosque and this is great for elderly people Breakfast was awesome, a variety of menu, omelette prepared by the chef who always smile is delicious. I enjoyed having breakfast while sitting facing the Prophet Mosque. Will definitely stay here again. Please make the hotel website accessible and customer friendly to enable us to book direct to the hotel."

"Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby."

The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately."

"We stayed here for only 1 night because we were disappointed with our previous hotel. Turns out it's the best decision & we regret not doing it earlier. The location was excellent, just 3 mins walking to Masjid Al Nabawi. Although the room is quite small, we are very happy because of the cleanliness of the room & bathroom. "Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah."
