"We stayed here for only 1 night because we were disappointed with our previous hotel. Turns out it's the best decision & we regret not doing it earlier. The location was excellent, just 3 mins walking to Masjid Al Nabawi. Although the room is quite small, we are very happy because of the cleanliness of the room & bathroom. This hotel should be rated more than 1-star. Will definitely stay here again in the future & recommend this hotel to my friends & family."

The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. "The location was fantastic , and hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Room is good enough. I gaved 4 star because washroom is little bit okay hence everything is fantastic .if you are travelling Saudi arabia madinah and looking for nearby hotel to haram must stay here its just and less than 5 min from haram . "The hotel is sparkling clean. At a very good proximity to the Masjid An Nabawi. If you are looking for a decent, affordable place that’s not too far away ( it’s about 10-15 minutes walk to women side but about (8-10 minutes to men side). Although the whole neighborhood looks interesting but I felt save because it’s Medina. I even went to Fajr by myself. The host was very responsive, kind and friendly."

"Honestly, I really liked everything about this hotel. What I appreciate the most is the kindness of the staff. Right from those security guards at the entrance who goes extra miles and those guys/ brothers in grey t- shirts ( not sure what they are called) they were extremely wonderful, responsive and helpful. I wish I had names but those guys take their jobs very seriously and always wearing smile on their faces even in Ramadan.The receptionist were very helpful, professional and kind too. Great atmosphere!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah."
