Tama sila when they said it’s newly opened – everything looks fresh pa, walang kahit anong amoy or dumi na nakikita. Yung staff? SUPER NICE AT MABAIT – parang mga kapitbahay mong handang tumulong kahit ano pa! Nag-assist sila agad pagdating ko, tapos sagot agad sila sa mga tanong ko about sa area. Price-wise? SULIT NA SULIT AT AFFORDABLE – hindi ka magre-regret ng perang ginastos mo, promise! Plus points pa: SOBRANG LAPIT SA NAIA AIRPORT – perfect for early flights or pag galing lang sa abroad na pagod ka na. And syempre, malapit din sa MALL OF ASIA if you wanna do last-minute shopping or kain bago umalis/kapag dating mo. Overall, sulit na sulit ang stay ko dito – if you’re looking for a hassle-free, clean, and budget-friendly place near the airport or MOA, this is THE spot na dapat mong icheck out! 🇵🇭"

"Grand Westside Hotel sijaitsee strategisella paikalla Manilan Entertainment Cityssä, vain noin 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Ninoy Aquinon kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Hotellissa on täydelliset palvelut, kuten uima-allas, kuntosali ja useita ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja hyvin hoidettuja, mikä takaa mukavan oleskelun. Lisäksi henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, mikä teki oleskelusta kokonaisuutena nautinnollisempaa"

"We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper. The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing. It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down. Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging. We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads. I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities."

"We tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things. The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing! We’d probably come back just for the restaurant."

"The location was excellent—close to the venue of the event we attended, and conveniently near both the airport and the MRT. While you can hear trains and airplanes from the window, which might be challenging for light sleepers, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was decent, though it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. Service was good, even though we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. There are no extra amenities, but it delivers a straightforward hotel stay. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I would recommend it if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to stay."

"Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay."
