"The hotel are still not fully constructed so expect noise of construction during the day. Budget friendly Apartment hotel. Sparkly clean rooms with balcony. Very good location ayala malls by the bay is just across the hotel.. Big beds both queen size in our room. Not so big but not so small room. Equipped with steam irom and hair dryer. Complete cooking and kitchen utensils. With 2 complimentary coffee pods, tea, water and 3 cans of juice. Spacious bathroom. Buffet breafast have limited selections but all tasty and also limited and shared tables only. Huge swimming pool not heated. Playgound are still under construction. No coffeeshop and restaurant as of the moment. The only open are the pool and gym."

"We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper. The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing. It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down. Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging. We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads. I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

Absolutely loved my room! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Simple but elegant. Comfy but luxurious. Felt so pampered the moment I enter my room. I appreciated the Acca Kappa toiletries, the daily complimentary sweets, the sturdy and comfortable bedroom slippers, crisp white linen and sheets.The breakfast spread at Fresh was oh so scrumptious! Staff were courteous and accommodating. Always ready to assist when needed. Also enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the relaxing spa. It was just a bit of a long walk to the pool from my room, and a tad too over crowded to fully enjoy - too many children screaming and running around! I guess because it's the holidays so a lot of families were out on vacation. I will need to come back on a non-peak season.

Nice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).

Pros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country). 2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary. 3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

We tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things. The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing! We’d probably come back just for the restaurant.

Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay.

The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .

Booked this hotel for the minion run event, stayed for 1 night. We roam around during night time. Very near the parqal mall and ayala manila bay mall. Very nice location, friendly staff, you have your designated parking space. you can also use their swimming pool. Very quite area. Good place to relax.

Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass.

”Staying at Rain Airport Bed and Breakfast Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. We're rating the cleanliness on average only since we saw big cockroaches inside the room. Also please clean your bathroom including the door. Your sofa has stains too, much better to change it or dry clean. Also put deodorizer or air freshener inside the room, especially on 2 days booking. We're not uploading photos for privacy, since you've good service naman. That's all.
