"The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair.
The room is very spacious it perfect for family size.
Downside
I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view
The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower.
The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation
I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did.

幹線道路からかなり離れていますが、トライシクルがたくさん走っているので問題ありませんでした。
幹線道路に出ればバクララン行きのジプニーやPITX行きのバスがたくさん走っています。
Sucatからは、Market market行きのジプニー や マカティのアヤラモール行きのバスが走っていて便利です。
マニラメモリアルパークが近くにあります。
今後もパラニャーケに行った際にはまた利用したいと思っています。"

"close to airport but nothing around except supermarket, some restaurant that has bad smells of sewer, bunk bed is tiny and narrow, luckily i was upgraded to lower bunk bed and not the top which originally i was given when i specifically requested a lower bunk bed....anyways, if ur just looking to sleep for few hours and catch early morning flight this will do the job"

Персонал доброжелательный, но при заезде попросили большую сумму депозита чем указано в приложении, возможно в приложении не обновили информацию. По стоимости немного дороговато , но исходя из того что в данном районе вариантов практически нет пришлось потерпеть. В целом понравилось."

TTburnzThis is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.

We both felt very much relaxed The City of dreams casino just few steps away from this place, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, fountain shows. I heard there are more casinos and malls around but we might explore next time. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to stay again on our next adventure in Manila. It was just what we both wanted from a place to stay, a good mix of home and away. We really loved the art and style that created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Simon was very helpful and detailed with the process of checking in and making sure we were comfortable.

Your sofa has stains too, much better to change it or dry clean. Also put deodorizer or air freshener inside the room, especially on 2 days booking. We're not uploading photos for privacy, since you've good service naman. That's all.
