"I stayed at Yokohama Washington Sakuragicho for two nights at the end of my Japan autumn trip. The hotel is close to the JR line, only about a 5-minute walk, which makes it a convenient base for traveling around. The room size is standard for Japan, and choosing a room with a bay view is definitely worth it. The staff were professional and helped arrange an early-morning taxi to take me to YCAT, where I caught a bus to Haneda Airport—only about 30 minutes away by bus. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when I return to Yokohama."

"Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient"

"My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff always made sure I felt welcome. "Excellent hotel in the area of Yokohama Kannai. Room is a little small which is common in Japan but everything is available and functional. Shower, WC, Safe, Public Bath, spacious lobby, laundry room, ice machine etc. The subway station is only 5 mins walk away and you can take 4 stops to Yokohama station. A short 10 mins walk to the famous Yokohama Chinatown. Staff are very polite and provided excellent service."

"Great location near Chinatown, while not tall, had a good view of the harbour. The breakfast is two styles, but it is a no brainer to choose the Japanese style with the famous curry that all reviews rave about. A healthy salad bar with fresh juice and other drinks, felt very value for money getting the breakfast via Trip.com. Very tastefully furnished room with dark wood and a nice double bed. Overall a great experience."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. l'd like to highlight the exceptional service from the front desk staff NAGISA was incredibly friendly,professional . Another front desk associate, a taller man who was very tricky. Let me signing up for your new membership when we check-in on the evening of January 25th。 The location is absolutely perfect—it was convenient for everything I had planned, and I couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the city.

Prime location. Less than 3 minutes walk from Yokohama Station East Exit. Very close to shopping centers (SOGO, Marui City, Bay Quarter). Staff were very friendly and helped us send our luggage to the next hotel, and also checked if the hotel could store the luggage for a few days. They have a Family Mart and a cafe on the ground floor. The room was clean and the most spacious for around the same price range among our other hotels. Definitely will stay here again when we go to Yokohama next time.

Excellent luxury hotel strategically located in Yokohama. Beautiful rooms overlooking the bay and amusement park. Rooms are renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking at the mall zone A is closest to the hotel and overnight parking is 2100 Yen pay at front desk for exit ticket.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional. If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

A nice Hotel in Minato Mirai area of Yokohama, a very convenient location. The facilities and amenities are very helpful. From this area, you can visit the Yokohama bay area easily by walking. You can also visit Kamakura and Enoshima by local train from the Yokohama Station.

This hotel is perfect! Very clean, located right next to Shin-Yokohama station so very convenient if you're coming there by Shinkansen. The double bed room is also suitable for two people. The corridor smells super nice, staffs were great. Maybe one thing I would comment is the music playing at the corridor can be a bit districting in the morning. If they could turn it down a little, that would be great.

First time in Japan, so I chose this hotel based on location and price, with my desire for higher floor rooms for a view. I stayed near Shinagawa station, and also in Osaka, all with the same budget per night. This hotel was the best of the 3, very nice facilities and amenities (7/11 in the lobby!!), with a spacious room. I'd probably pass on the buffet breakfast next time, but that's just me, there was a wide selection for everyone. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in that area.

The location is good that's 10 minutes walk to Yokohama station right beside takashimaya store. The men's onsen is quite crowded at all times good thing is that only three floors so you do not need to wait very long for the lift to arrive. They provide free of charge a set of clothes and slippers and towels. Unfortunately they do not provide refrigerator for you to store your perishable food and drinks.
