"Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient"

"Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious, amenities were freely available downstairs to use as needed. Staff were friendly. You could even check the in-house coin laundry service though the TV! Location wise, it was great for quick trips to Yokohama and enoshimia. Great transit location. You also have local buses right outside."

"A spacious hotel with a unique industrial design. Amenities and night gowns provided. We found the shuttle bus from Kawasaki station quite easily, following the directions on the hotel's website. The area is remote from the hustle and bustle of the city, but there are some combinis and dining spots around, plus restaurants in the hotel itself. Would love to stay there again"

"A nice Hotel in Minato Mirai area of Yokohama, a very convenient location. The facilities and amenities are very helpful. From this area, you can visit the Yokohama bay area easily by walking. You can also visit Kamakura and Enoshima by local train from the Yokohama Station."

"Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level."
