"This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and right next to the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to access. Plus, its proximity to the city center allowed us to walk to Kokusai Street in just 15 minutes—perfect for enjoying delicious food and great shopping! The breakfast was amazing, featuring unlimited hot pot and ice cream, all of the highest quality. But what really stood out was the outstanding service. During check-in, there was a group of middle school students—boys taking the stairs while girls waited for the elevator. The hotel staff efficiently prioritized guests for elevator access, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back here next time we visit Naha! Highly recommended!"

"The location is a bit far from the Naha bus terminal but strategic to go to the Naminoue Shrine. The hotel is pretty new but limited space and options for breakfast. No seating at the lobby makes Rembrandt look like a cheap hotel."

"Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at the Prince Smart Inn Naha. The hotel's greatest strength is its exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They were always polite, prompt, and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the stay very comfortable. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the common areas were always tidy. The service was also very prompt and efficient, both at check-in/check-out and with any requests."

"Everything is good about the hotel. The grocery shopping place is just next to it. The location is good with train stations, bus stops and nearby eateries and shopping places within walking distance. The amenities is decent. The place is clean enough. The only thing is the short operating hours for check in counters. If your flight is late night then you will not be able to check in hence please do not book if that is the case. Otherwise, everything about it is good."

"We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail. There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can helped you to heat it up. So we dont need to go out at 9++ to look for food. Service I select 4 because we checked in after 9pm and literally no chance use much their services but check in is Fast, there are all basic amenities needed like we on the same floor to retrieve water and ice dispenser. So useful for us. Lift speed is fast to reach. Overall is good just that the room we selected is slight smaller but it is in city area so this is good for us. We booked for the cheapest and it is a queen size bed. There provided night pyjamas for us. Can fit in 2 huge luggage bags. We will come back for sure or any Mercure hotels. Opposite hotel there is a park, looks really serene but we no time to explore."
