Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.

Unexpectedly Perfect Stay at Southwest Grand Hotel! 🌟 We stumbled upon Southwest Grand Hotel due to a last-minute flight change, and what a blessing in disguise it turned out to be! Our extra day in Okinawa became one of the most memorable parts of our trip—all thanks to this incredible hotel. 🛏️ Stylish & Photogenic Rooms The room was modern, chic, and absolutely Instagram-worthy. I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results! 🍳 Breakfast That Delights Every Palate The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them! 📍 Prime Location Just a minute’s walk from Kokusai-dori (国際通り), the hotel is perfectly located for last-minute shopping or grabbing essentials. Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!

Wow! From the moment you step into this hotel it is beautiful. The location is literally across the road from the overground rail and you can walk to a lot of places from here too. The room is smaller than the pictures make them look, but they were still bigger than other Japan hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend and would stay here again.

Very near to the Asahibashi station & Lawson, it took less than 7-8 mins walk. Also near to Naha bus Terminal. You can walk to Prefectural office and down to Kokusai Dori shopping street for around 26 mins. Everything look exactly like pictures shown in the website. Check in early is available but it cost like 500 yen not sure if this is counted by how many hours early you wanna check in, i paid for 500yen to check in early. The women's floor have CCTV even in the bedding area(corridor), so is safe. At the women's floor, there's toilet & changing room/powder room, no shower room. If you want to take shower, you need to go down second floor where the onsen located. Inside will have a shower room. Overall stay is good, clean and affordable. Recommended for solo travelers.

Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins. Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well.

We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail. There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can helped you to heat it up. So we dont need to go out at 9++ to look for food. Service I select 4 because we checked in after 9pm and literally no chance use much their services but check in is Fast, there are all basic amenities needed like we on the same floor to retrieve water and ice dispenser. So useful for us. Lift speed is fast to reach. Overall is good just that the room we selected is slight smaller but it is in city area so this is good for us. We booked for the cheapest and it is a queen size bed. There provided night pyjamas for us. Can fit in 2 huge luggage bags. We will come back for sure or any Mercure hotels. Opposite hotel there is a park, looks really serene but we no time to explore.

For me and my mum, the location is great! We are walkable distance to Miebashi station, Kokusai Dori. Bus stop in front of the hotel is super convenient to go to American Village and UNIQLO Ryubo Ameku Rakuichi (direct buses). A lot of local food options around. And if you do take up the whale watching tour, there's pickup near the hotel. It's easy to navigate the streets to the hotel. What I'm not used to is the fact that the reception is on the 17th floor (rooftop) and extra amenities you need, you have to head up to get it. 

Staying at First Cabin Naha Airport offered a surprisingly seamless experience for a short transit night. What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.

Huone oli tilava ja mukava. Voit lainata polkupyöriä ilmaiseksi, joten sain käyttää niitä läheiseen supermarkettiin syömään illallista, mikä oli hienoa! Jos minulla on mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, haluaisin käyttää sitä uudelleen!

Nice room. They provided 3 beds for us which is really user friendly for families. I love the sea view lounge. Quite close to the airport so we were able to rush and had lunch there at the very last minute.
