we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again.

I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results! 🍳 Breakfast That Delights Every Palate The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them! 📍 Prime Location Just a minute’s walk from Kokusai-dori (国際通り), the hotel is perfectly located for last-minute shopping or grabbing essentials. Super convenient and central! 🍽️ Vibrant Evenings As the nearby streets settle into a peaceful hush and most restaurants wind down with only a handful of diners, the lobby restaurants at Southwest Grand Hotel remain buzzing with energy. The lively atmosphere, filled with cheerful faces and clinking glasses, speaks volumes about the quality and charm of the hotel’s dining experience. 💭 Still Dreaming About It Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!

Huone oli hyvin puhdas ja sileä. Noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Tomari Port, ja noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Kokusai-Dori ostoskadun. On paljon isakayas ja ruokailuja kokeilla ympäri aluetta myös! Maassa oli 2 auton pysäköintilohkoa, ja se maksaa 1000 yeniä yössä pysäköinti. On myös muita maksettuja pysäköintilohkoa ympäri rakennuksen, ja ne voivat antaa joitakin tietoja siitä vastaanotto. Pesuaine oli 50 jeniä pieni paketti (1 pesu), ja pehmeämpi oli noin 100 jeniä. Pesukone ja kuivain huone toimi hyvin. Yksi asia, jonka sanoisin, on, että lähetin heille viestin Trip.com pysäköinnistä yli viikon ennen oleskeluani ja ei saanut vastausta vasta ennen oleskeluani, jossa he vain kysyivät, milloin olisin tarkistamassa. En ole varma, oliko tämä Trip.com kysymys. Mutta yleisesti, hyvä paikka jäädä, suosittelisi, varsinkin jos saalis aikaisin lautta Tomari Portin yksi saarista päivä :)

Pros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area. The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

Nice hotel located at central Naha and great amenities. Hot Springs and buffet breakfast are beyond the imagination! Great one for travelers.

Melko hyvä hotelli! Palveluasenne on erittäin hyvä. Vaikka hinta olikin paljon halvempi saapuessani kauppaan sinä päivänä, se on hyvin lähellä lentokenttää. Taksi ei ole kallis. Lähellä on linja-autoasema.

Naha west inn was a good place to stay in Naha. Appartment contain everything you need to stay for long time What should be improved: 1. Not all staff is polite and friendly (But most are very respectful and mind.) Someone didnt say even hello and goodbye when we checked inn and out. Icomparing.to.other place in Japan that was unrespectful 2. More wardrobes for belongings couod be great 3. 1 bottle of water could be cool when arrive lately 4. More diversity in breakfast food could be great

Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in. Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided! The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

Great location, inside Makishi Public Market. Walking distance to Kokusai street. Parking available with charges. The cabin room was clean with clean towels everyday. Toothbrush provided at the counter. Got water and ice dispenser. Check in time only available at 4pm. Then the reception counter closed at night. Downside for this place was the men shower room not available. Only can take shower at men public bath at 6ht floor, that closed at 10am till 4pm and 12 midnight till 6pm. Other than that, the men have no plave to take shower. Women shower room is available but the space was too narrow. Not gonna stay there anymore. Not a good choice.

Everything was on point. 3 beds uge tub and shower washing and dryer in your room small balcony ac tv separate toilet was perfect for the price not the best location but for the price worth it
