"The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry."

"I love this hotel. The package alteady include brrakfast.the place also near Kemayoran Damri Bus Station so its good for people who would like to take Damri from the Airport. "We booked two rooms and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out . The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with enough variety, and it was a nice way to start each morning. A special mention to Leonard for New Year’s Eve. He invited us, together with other guests, to join a karaoke gathering. It was fun, relaxed, and a great way to welcome the New Year. New Year BBQ was also enjoyable. The food was tasty, especially the BBQ squid (cumi) and chicken satay, which we really enjoyed. Special thanks as well to the General Manager for his kindness and warm hospitality. It truly made our stay more memorable. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We felt welcome and would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel is in a good location though it is situated at the backlane of Gajah Mada. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly. A 3-minute walk to Gajah Mada Plaza.10 minutes walk Gajah Mada FoodcStreet and 30 minutes walk to Chinatown."

"Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. "

"Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call...."

Being just a short free shuttle bus from the airport terminals took all the stress out of our early morning flight. "Located in a strategic place in Jakarta, the hotel facilities are really good, from dining, swimming pool etc, one thing the most important is the hotel is just next too the ciputra mall so its very convenient to shop or just to find something to eat there. The staffs are really helpful and polite, no problem at all with the check-in/out process. Only there's some minor things need to improve, in the morning we went to the swimming pool area 7am with my kids and there's already some people there smoking and vapes in the Bar area, don't know if that place is smoking area, i think the hotel need to setup a proper smoking/vapes area not in the swimming pool area because it is outdoor."
