Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Cannes

"Très bien accueilli avec de bonnes explications claires et avec le sourire, la chambre impeccable et propre, j’aime bien où est placer l’hôtel car pour se garer en voiture il y a de nombreuses places et l’autoroute n’est pas très loin, et ceux qui viennent en train prendre le bus A ou 1 à la gare de Cannes qui ont un arrêt de bus proche de l’hôtel. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à quelques mètre ainsi qu’un cinéma"

"Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us…."

"Huone, jossa yövyin, oli siisti, mukava ja hyvin äänieristetty, ja siinä oli mukava sänky. Huone oli yleisesti ottaen hyvässä kunnossa. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen ei kuitenkaan vastannut odotuksia. Valikoima oli melko suppea, ja joidenkin tuotteiden laatu voisi olla parempi, varsinkin ottaen huomioon hotellin hinta ja luokka. Tuoreita hedelmiä ja runsaampia lämpimiä vaihtoehtoja oli vähän, ja aamiaisalue vaikutti hieman epäjärjestyksessä ruuhka-aikoina. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli on hyvä vaihtoehto lyhytaikaiseen oleskeluun Cannesissa perusmukavuuksiensa ansiosta, mutta aamiainen on alue, joka selvästi kaipaa parannusta odotetun tason täyttämiseksi."

"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

"The hotel is located very well, just opposite the train station. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Beach is just 5-7 min walk. Good area close to everything you need. The room was very clean and was cleaning and changing towels daily. It was spacious. It also was very calm to sleep, which is not that often for the hotels in France. The staff was very polite and friendly. Reception works 24 hours. I liked everything. Definitely will come back."

"È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. L’hotel Cristal di Cannes è una struttura di medie dimensioni che ha tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un albergo: una reception piccola, ma accogliente con personale molto discreto e cordiale che sempre pronto ad aiutarti; camere abbastanza spaziose con bagno efficiente e pulito e soprattutto molto silenziose che ti permettono di riposare in pieno relax. In camera superior ho trovato ogni giorno due capsule di caffè nespresso e due bottigliette d’acqua, in omaggio. Ubicazione dell’hotel davvero strategica, in un minuto a piedi si raggiunge sia Rue des Antibes che la Croisette, infatti è ubicato esattamente a metà strada tra le due, ciò significa che raggiungi i punti più belli della città in un attimo. Grazie mille e saluti allo staff ☺️"

"非常好的體驗，離火車站、海邊、超市都很近，酒店有一座古老的電梯，衹能在老電影裏面看到，有一位服務生會一點中文，很友好。"

"We stayed there 5 nights, took deluxe room with balcony which is really big and comfortable Good location just 300m from public beach. Only problem was because they don't accept cash for 200€ deposit. Just can do that by card so two weeks already passed and we didn't get back deposit.. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer so we decided to have it outside.. Except that all other things are for recommendation"

"Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment."
