"Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us…."

"Niin kutsuttu huoneistohuoneisto sijaitsee kuntosalin ja uima-altaan lähellä, ei samassa rakennuksessa kuin hotellihuone, ja niiden välillä on pitkä kävelytie. Koska se on sisäkadulle päin, valaistus ei ole hyvä ja huoneessa on tunkkainen haju. Koska huoneessa oli ahdasta uudenvuodenaattona, tämä oli toisen yön järjestely. Meidän piti kirjautua sisään kello 15, mutta hotellihuone ei ollut valmis palatessamme, ja sitten odotimme aulassa yli 30 minuuttia ja pyysimme sitten vastaanottoa antamaan meille tämän esteettömän huoneen kiireessä. En tiedä, ovatko muut huoneistohuoneet parempia. Toinen esteettömän huoneen ongelma on, että suihkua ei ole tukossa, ja koko kylpyhuoneen lattia on täynnä vettä suihkussa käydessä. Suuren huoneen ja sängyn lisäksi, rehellisesti sanottuna, en suosittele huoneistohuoneen varaamista."

"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

"È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. L’hotel Cristal di Cannes è una struttura di medie dimensioni che ha tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un albergo: una reception piccola, ma accogliente con personale molto discreto e cordiale che sempre pronto ad aiutarti; camere abbastanza spaziose con bagno efficiente e pulito e soprattutto molto silenziose che ti permettono di riposare in pieno relax. In camera superior ho trovato ogni giorno due capsule di caffè nespresso e due bottigliette d’acqua, in omaggio. Ubicazione dell’hotel davvero strategica, in un minuto a piedi si raggiunge sia Rue des Antibes che la Croisette, infatti è ubicato esattamente a metà strada tra le due, ciò significa che raggiungi i punti più belli della città in un attimo. Grazie mille e saluti allo staff ☺️"

"雖然在康城被偷了，但是這家酒店真的很不錯，酒店很大，裝修也可以，才一千三一晚，房間也不小，酒店服務人員都很好 不過如果是城景房，因為外面汽車摩託車聲音很大，關上窗會有一點點小小吵聲，不過是我能接受的程度。 總體5星好評"

"受付のスタッフの皆さんはとても丁寧に接客してくださいました。ホテルは古い感じがありましたが、とても清潔で、快適でした。設備も何も問題なく、とても充実していました。冷蔵庫やエアコンもしっかり効いていました。 海までは徒歩圏内で、駅からは少し歩きますが、店がたくさんあると通りに面しているので問題ないです。 バスも近くに止まります。 次来る時はまたリピートすると思います。"
