"房間空間很大，寬敞，有點空曠。房間wifi是擺設，問了前台説可能壞了，讓去其他樓台試試。房間浴室，沒有沐浴露洗澡切換到熱水檔放水半小時是涼的，打電話詢問。稱稍後給換沐浴露最後也沒換讓去一樓去洗。去了就是大澡堂不是很習慣。早餐不錯，包穀粥，小菜花捲，雞蛋。 總結房間尚可，服務人員態度差，推諉明顯。"

"窗外的視野非常好。藍天白雲。視野開闊。 門口停車方便。 服務熱情。流程標準。怎麼招到這麼專業熱情的服務員？服務管理很好。非常加分。在這個服務上完勝整個縣城。其他的酒店。 衞生整體還可以。床品非常舒服。客房服務及時。細節有待提升。房子養的綠植養護不佳。挪了一下桌子下面有點臟。 前台提供各種用品。隱形眼鏡護理液。髮型定型液。香水。花露水兒。創可貼。雲南白葯噴霧。等等。這些小東西非常加分。 現在是盛夏的七月。入住歡迎水果。四宮格拼了三種水果切。冰冰涼涼。加分。雖然門口有水果店。但是買來處理。又麻煩又浪費。夏天的水果雖然便宜。一下子買好幾種也是浪費又麻煩。❤四宮格拼了三種“果切”。這個細節也是上大分呀。❤因為出門在外。一般都不會去買西瓜蜜瓜。。買也是桃子等整個了這種類似的。但其他店都給的是這種。沒有到顧客的心坎上。為什麼強調這一點？其他店送的點心呀，桃子呀。相形之下，高下立現。 每個酒店都不是完美的。任何酒店。每一個房型也有各種各樣的缺陷。但是這些服務與設施細節的加分項。還有服務的及時應對。卻讓人可以忽略各種各樣問題。其實這才是現在酒店之問真正的較量。硬設施已經百花齊放。軟服務才是必爭之地啊。 嘉宏酒店在軟服務上遙遙領先。。"

"出差到洛南，本來原計劃是要晚上返回商州住宿的，因為有事兒耽誤到了晚上10點多，衹能在洛南住一晚，訂的時候看評論還可以，去的時候因為導航偏差導到了邊上的村子，給前台打電話很耐心的通話引導到了酒店，説實話，完全超出預期，酒店在音樂小鎮裏，停車很方便，而且風格讓人非常喜歡，進去房間後保潔大姐問我住一樓就把二樓鎖了，一時間還沒反應過來，詢問後才發現房子是複式的，着實有點兒意外，想到評論好多説親子游住的一下也就瞭然了，最終還是讓鎖了樓下住在了二樓（其實是外邊冷怕空調不行一樓潮），房間乾淨衞生還是做到了，早餐種類諞少，但吃飽是沒問題的，現出餐的種類上增加一些就最好了。最最重要的一點，房間的空調超級給力！真的是一掃深夜到達的疲憊，洗完澡直接就開始工作了可以。睡得也很好，甚至以後去商洛的出差計劃都做了順序調整，肯定會再選擇入住的"
