"Hotelli on 25 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Se on vähän vanha, mutta hintaansa nähden hyvä vaihtoehto. He siivosivat joka päivä. Tyynyt ovat mukavat. Tammikuun alussa oli viileää, mutta lämmitystä varten oli ilmastointilaite, joten emme jäätyneet. Jätimme matkatavaramme varastoon sisäänkirjautumiseen asti. 24h-vastaanotto on valtava plussa."

"Location was great and the room was clean. However the heating in the hotel is too high. Even if the heater was not turned on, the room was too warm. It got better when they switched to ac instead. More flexibility should be given for temperature control."

"Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel and it fit the exact purpose we needed for, it was also the best value of anywhere around. The hotel was clean and the room and the staff were lovely , every time we needed some information the staff were very helpful. The breakfast service was a buffet and at 15 EUR/ person represented great value with lots of different options for different kind of diets. I was running the marathon in Valencia and needed to keep my diet plain and clean, for anyone else doing something similar in the future I would say that the breakfast and the dinner are sufficient to correct carb load if that's what you need to do. The dinner buffet was 25 EUR and unlike breakfast, did not include any drinks. It was still good but a bit too expensive, we felt a bit too compelled to order paid drinks and there wasn't really anything I needed from the drink menu, I didn't like this. There are also things that could do with improvement, especially considering the 4 star rating of the hotel. Some of the facilities and amenities are now very date, particularly the TV in the room was very old and too slow to operate. The gym was quite decent for a hotel and had good weight options , but I would advise against using the treadmill, the belt got stuck while I was using it and I almost fell. Either the belt needs replacing or the entire treadmill. The sauna is free to use and was really nice, but the wooden benches are very loose and feel like they could give way especially on the top bench. None of these problems were big or impacted our stay, but the hotel should consider upgrading in the future to maintain their high standard."

"Cleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid."

"Itse hotelli on hieman vanhentunut ja suurin osa sisustuksesta muistuttaa minua vuosikymmenestä ennen tätä vuosisataa. En vain ole varma, onko vuosikymmen 70- vai 80-luku. Huoneen pistorasioita oli vähän ja kaukana - jälleen kerran, kun ihmisillä ei ollut muutamaa laitetta ladata koko ajan. Äänieristys voisi olla paljon parempi. Se sanoi, että sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Olet hiljaisella sivukadulla, mutta minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut vilkkaalle Plaza Luceros -aukiolle, jolta pääset metrolla minne tahansa tai lentokenttäbussillesi. Palvelu oli myös hämmästyttävää. Tarvitsin myöhäistä uloskirjautumista, ja heillä oli erittäin kätevä klo 17 myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen vain 20 eurolla. En muista mitään kohtuuhintaista yöpymisestä näin myöhään. Se, mitä Leukasta puuttuu nykyaikaisissa mukavuuksissa ja sisustuksessa, se korvaa enemmän kuin palvelussa, sijainnissa ja kilpailukykyisessä hinnoittelussa."

"This hotel is basic but provides everything you need especially for an overnight/ short stay. The staff were lovely and very friendly 😄 Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Parking was ample and free. Location for us was perfect; the hotel is exactly half way between the airport and Alicante city. We didn’t want to drive or find parking in the city so got a taxi in for 7 euros. Very quiet hotel in comparison to some we’ve stayed in!"

"The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold choices. More than a continental breakfast. The hotel also serves Cava and white wine for breakfast. Would recommend staying here again. The room is very clean and has all the amenities you need."

"Sehr zentrale Lage. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, war aber kein Problem da man Oropax bekommt. Zimmermädchen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dusche sehr schön für Paare, betten eher schlecht, da sehr instabil :) Insgesamt aber ein schönet Aufenthalt und Ich würde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen."

"Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again."

"This hotel was convenient to Alicante airport. There was a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and cold meats and cheeses. The cooked breakfast wasn’t hot but adequate. Staff on reception and restaurants were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with everything you need."
