Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.

Everything was overall nice, though a bit pricey, perhaps because of the holidays. The reception works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is great, just a short walk from the central beach. For about $11.50 you can get a buffet breakfast, which is really good value. The room itself was rather small for the price, but generally fine. Most of the food is served in the restaurant around the corner, which has a lovely view of the church. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes ”our very last one”!! Very strange

Cleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

If you have a standard room be aware that this overlooks a very steep rocky mountain! So that all you see through the window - Of like me you are a hot claustrophobic you might struggle with this bit you can upgrade to a superior room with a sea view which costs around 30 Euros more but of you book directly you maybe able to get a better deal. The staff were excellent friendly respectful and always helpful (like most Spanish people we met during our 10 day stay) - The rooms were clean and the breakfast very generous and varied. The beach is next door (10 min walk) and there's a swimming pool in the hotel - excellent access to bus and tram within walking distance - It took me a couple days to get used to the (standard) room but all in all it was a good experience!

Suurin etu on sen läheisyys rantaan, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Lähistöllä on runsaasti baareja ja ravintoloita, joten ruokailu on erittäin kätevää. Huone oli mahtava, ja siinä oli erityisen suuri parveke merinäköalalla! Ainoa ongelma oli, että lähellä olevat baarit olivat hieman meluisia yöllä, mutta se ei häiritsisi henkilöä, joka ei ole herkkä melulle.

Our room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere. Other rooms had a phone we did not. I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

Itse hotelli on hieman vanhentunut ja suurin osa sisustuksesta muistuttaa minua vuosikymmenestä ennen tätä vuosisataa. En vain ole varma, onko vuosikymmen 70- vai 80-luku. Huoneen pistorasioita oli vähän ja kaukana - jälleen kerran, kun ihmisillä ei ollut muutamaa laitetta ladata koko ajan. Äänieristys voisi olla paljon parempi. Se sanoi, että sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Olet hiljaisella sivukadulla, mutta minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut vilkkaalle Plaza Luceros -aukiolle, jolta pääset metrolla minne tahansa tai lentokenttäbussillesi. Palvelu oli myös hämmästyttävää. Tarvitsin myöhäistä uloskirjautumista, ja heillä oli erittäin kätevä klo 17 myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen vain 20 eurolla. En muista mitään kohtuuhintaista yöpymisestä näin myöhään. Se, mitä Leukasta puuttuu nykyaikaisissa mukavuuksissa ja sisustuksessa, se korvaa enemmän kuin palvelussa, sijainnissa ja kilpailukykyisessä hinnoittelussa.

This hotel is basic but provides everything you need especially for an overnight/ short stay. The staff were lovely and very friendly 😄 Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Parking was ample and free. Location for us was perfect; the hotel is exactly half way between the airport and Alicante city. We didn’t want to drive or find parking in the city so got a taxi in for 7 euros. Very quiet hotel in comparison to some we’ve stayed in!
