衞生：總體是很乾凈的，偶爾還是有一兩根頭髮在沙發上。需要改進。

"床很舒服，不軟不硬。重要的是環境非常好，落地窗外面就是湖景，坐在窗邊小桌子旁辦公，心情都不一樣了。前台服務很好，這次出差帶了一衹小奶貓，老闆給通融了一下，非常感激吖。早餐的餅很好吃。下樓就是農貿市場，吃的東西很多，我買的紅油拌菜，超級好吃。總之下次去萊西還住這裏。"

"We had an event across the street at Yuanjie hotel. So the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Facility and the rooms were very clean.
I wish they had a coffee machine in the room but they had variety of tea bags in the room though. Selve serving coffee machin was in the lobby and the coffee test was good.
There was no iron and iron board in the room, they had laundry room on 6th floor had washer and dryer with iron, iorn board and steamer.
Also, there were no hair conditioner and body lotion.
Breakfast wasn't bad for the price. I liked the yogurt drink."

"因出差行程有變讓我臨時在萊西住一晚，沒想到收貨了意外驚喜！酒店實在是太棒了，地理位置非常好，下高速過來很方便，離王府井購物中心不遠，門口停車也很方便，樓下就有超市，購物超級便利！一走進酒店大廳就能夠感受到服務人員的熱情，還主動給我贈送了早餐，非常貼心！特別要讚的是酒店所有遇到的工作人員，無論是前台還是餐廳人員和保潔員，都非常熱情有禮，中午有位姐姐還送我了自己煮的紅薯，真的太暖心，給酒店所有工作人員都點贊！！酒店房間裝修風格簡潔，乾淨整潔，床品也很舒服，温馨舒適，淋浴間熱水龍頭出水很大，洗澡超級舒服，晚上睡覺也很安靜。早餐不得不説是真的很好，菜品很豐富，味道非常可口，環境特別好，總之各方面都非常滿意！強烈推薦！！"

"這次是第二次入住該酒店。上次入住沒有什麼問題。這次一共預訂了四個房間。分別在7樓和9樓。四個房間裏衹有一個房間的客人説沒有什麼特別的問題。
其他三個房間，一個水壓很弱，一個房間有異味，毛巾潮乎乎的，還有一個房間不但淋浴噴頭有問題，浴室地面的水也無法排掉，短時間就已經溢到了外面。連澡也沒能洗。衹好用洗手盆洗了洗頭髮，但是洗手盆下水也緩慢，感覺很不舒服。因為入住時間很晚，已經過了凌晨12點了，所以也懶得再折騰換房間了，大家衹能湊合著睡了一下。
以上問題在退房時都和前台做出了投訴。回覆衹是會聯繫維修。
衹能説是一次不太理想的入住體驗。"

環境：減分項，臨近馬路的房間，比較吵，聲音很大，街上的聲音聽得非常清楚
服務：前台的態度特別好，很周到。衹是最後一天的打掃衞生阿姨有點奇怪，要了兩瓶水結果敲門衹給了一瓶，自己拿走了一瓶就算了，打掃衞生的聲音很大很大，開門問是否會進來 明明説會，結果等了一上午沒進來。。好歹説一聲我就去幹別的了 不用聽走廊那麼大聲音了。這點希望酒店可以改進服務吧。
總結：整體不錯，推薦，追求休息好的話建議提前看好房間位置。

這次入住真的超出預期～ 酒店位置超級方便，步行5分鐘就到地鐵站，去景點和商圈都很順，晚上回來路上也很安全。
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一躺下就不想起來！空調製熱/製冷都很快，熱水供應充足，洗澡水温穩定。最驚喜的是隔音很好，雖然住的是臨街房間，但晚上基本聽不到噪音，睡得超香。
前台小姐姐小哥哥都特別熱情，辦理入住退房速度很快，還主動告知

VVieraskäyttäjä首先位置很好，下了動車十分鐘多點就到了，特別好找，位於市中心，大樓名字很醒目，第二，床非常寬敞，床大軟硬合適，房屋也寬敞，第一次住這麼大面積的房間，睡得寬敞還舒適。第三，早餐幾乎不重樣，水果青菜糕點都有，早上可以補充蔬菜，跟吃自助一樣。第四，酒店前台的小姐姐們非常友善，很貼心細緻，有問題都能及時回覆和解決問題，給她們點贊。總之，這次住宿非常滿意，這家酒店值得推薦！
