房間乾淨整潔寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，服務員熱情主動，從海南迴成都途中在酒店休整一下，有一個美女經理送上薑糖水非常暖心，馬上續住一晚，住了兩個晚上，以後還會去住。

和同事出差訂了房，入住體驗超棒！前台小姐姐服務熱情又貼心，長的特別漂亮，辦事效率高，開發票、開水單都很順暢，還幫忙免費複印，特別省心。酒店提供免費停車，設施設備齊全，對出差黨太友好了。設施完善，環境乾淨整潔又雅緻，整體舒適度拉滿，性價比超高，下次出差還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself.  This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!   

停車很方便，吃飯什麼的，去萬達也很方便，唯一不足的就是那個。親子房的三人床那個小床竟然是一個摺疊床，睡起來嘎吱嘎吱響，其他人都無法入睡，還有就是那個窗户竟然關不了，然後外面的噪音就挺大的，基本上睡不好。其他還好！前台的妹妹服務都特別好，但是親子房衹有兩雙鞋兩套牙具

房間衞生整潔乾淨，入住舒適，打開窗簾向外望去猶如一幅山水畫，讓人心曠神怡，雖然窗外是車往人來的公路、樓頂上有着高鐵軌道，但是關閉窗户後噪音減少很多，不至於影響入睡（神經衰弱者另計）。美中不足的是：由於關閉窗户，室內顯得悶熱，打開空調衹有幹風出，就是不見冷氣噴射（可能入住客人少，啟動中央空調成本高）。早餐品種雖少，但味道還不錯，與房價對等。

必須誇誇伯爵花園酒店的服務細節！管家式服務[強]辦理入住時前台有三位美女在前台，一看到我們就主動過來幫我們拿行李，也很熱情的給我們推薦周邊的景點，還細心的提醒我們出去要記得帶雨傘（酒店前台也備着有免費雨傘），看我手上提的東西多還貼心的幫我們把行李送到房間。第二天因為去了影視城遊玩回來晚了，跟前台溝通過後，前台很熱心的給我們申請了免費延時退房。地下車庫有直達電梯，配有新能源充電樁，監控全覆蓋安全感十足。這種性價比在同價位酒店中絕對是拔尖的[強]

這家酒店真是超讚！一進門，就被那豪華的大堂和熱情的服務人員打動。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適得讓人不想起床。設施齊全，健身房、泳池一應俱全，餐飲更是美味到沒話説。位置超好，周邊吃喝玩樂應有盡有。住在這裏，感覺整個人都被寵壞了，太享受啦！

The legendary hotel for turtles!!! I'm a BJYX fan from Indonesia and I came to Duyun to visit BJYX related spots, and this hotel is of course one of them! Booked another hotel first, since I didn't know that the infamous make up room and telephone box is in this hotel. Tried to look for those places in Qin Han (lacked information, my bad), but then realized they're not there, and then after looking for some more information on Weibo, I decided to change the hotel for the last day to Maojian, and I'm glad I did that! Maojian is in front of QinHan Film City, so you can just walk there. Best hotel if you want to visit the film city. The receptionists don't speak English, we were communicating by Google Translate. They let me check in at around 12:30 even though the actual check in time is from 14:00. They also upgraded my room. Very happy! And since I read from the reviews on this platform, that you can take a look inside the room where our WangXian got interviewed, I tried to ask the receptionist about it and then she called people to guide me there. The guide lady is also super nice, that she even offered me to change the room to that room. It's already booked by other people though, unfortunately. But, it's okay! I roamed around the hotel after that, visiting the telephone box, jogging track, and make up room of course is a MUST! Thank you so much for keeping these spots for us, CQL and BJYX fans! Big room with comfy desk and chair. Very quiet. Breakfast nice, staff friendly too.

來貴州旅遊，路過看到了這家酒店看了房間覺得價格和裝修都很合適，環境衞生都乾淨。然後就訂下了，前台帶眼鏡的小妹服務態度很好。講話温温柔柔的，非常貼心的給我們介紹當地的特色，給她點贊。位置也很方便下面就是石板街。前台還放有礦泉水可以免費拿，停車也很方便。
