"The room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more🙌🏼"

"The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside, the room has it’s unique style too. If you are looking for an accomodation close to the old town, it is the right place to book. Only 2 negatives I can mention: - The breakfast room can be crowded, because it is not that big - The hotel entrance is not barrier free, you need to take 5-6 stairs to enter the lobby, and that is not convenient especially if you carry heavy luggage, travel with a babycar or wheelchair :("

"I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work. The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler."

"I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time."

"Hotel is well known hotel as we selected due to this BUT before doing reservation we called the reception if we could check in early. We were informed that hotel is empty due to the easter and we can come early and check out at 2 pm. Once we arrived, we were asked to pay additional 20 USD which was not told us before reservation. Receptionist was very rude and abstained from talking English with us. We called the trip.com customer service and they took care of us and committed to give 1600 coins as toleration. Thanks to trip.com 🙏🏻"

"The hostel is in a very good location and it was a 30 minute walk to most major attractions. Big bonus for this hostel's location is that it is surrounded by many good restaurants. We stayed in the large room and it was clean but a little dated. The hostel is located in a building that is more than 100 years old so you have to work through a maze of stairs to get to the room and there is no elevator. We were surprised to find out that the large room didn't have its own bathroom as many of the rooms did say when they had a shared bathroom when we booked. The shared bathroom was fine but a little small. We were given a bottle of shower gel but there was no shampoo so you may want to consider bringing your own. Big downside to this hostel was that the windows don't have good soundproofing and we had lots of bars nearby which meant it was noisy late at night and in the morning you could hear the traffic. If you're a light sleeper you may want your own earplugs. The large room did come with its own kitchen that was equipped with utensils, plates and cookware. The room did not have AC and the open window did cool it down a bit but also made it a bit noisier."
