I liked the hotel. My room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice with many options you can choose from. The staff there were super polite and helpful, one of the best experiences. There is an office building nearby and it has a supermarket and a food court inside. Very convenient location. The only one thing I would like to be improved is that I didn’t find slippers in my room, so I’m not sure how I was supposed to go to the bed after shower 😁😅. I don’t know if they had it at the reception desk and I had to ask for it, don’t know. But it’s just a little detail. The hotel is great overall!

Hotelli on hyvä ja siisti. Mutta huoneessa ei ollut vettä, saavuin myöhään, ravintola oli suljettu. Minun piti mennä kauppaan yöllä. Huoneen ilmastointi ei viilentänyt ollenkaan. Se puhalsi lämmintä ilmaa. Ulkona oli kuuma ja huoneessa tunkkainen. Ikkunasta oli näköala rautatieasemalle, erittäin meluisa ikkunan ollessa auki.

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏

Close to Chopin airport only take 6-7mins drive to the terminal. Suite is tiny but cozy, facilities just a necessity so without fridge and water heater. But I think it’s enough for 1 night stay before take off plane

Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and the location was really good as well, there is a bus station right out side so you can easily have access to the town center.

The hotel is pretty nice for the rates they advertise rooms at. It's a little dated, but perfectly fine. The centre of Warsaw is easily accessible by a frequent bus service in around 15/20 minutes. Breakfast has a reasonable choice and is decent. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my stay. However! There was a massive problem as the hot water was turned off for four days during the stay. So we couldn't wash or shower easily as the water from the taps was ice cold. The compensation offered was free breakfast at the hotel which isn't the best when you just want a warm shower in the morning or at the end of the day. No other solution or compensation was offered. They were still selling rooms online on their own website without mentioning they didn't have hot water even though the hotel knew they didn't have which isn't fair on the customer. It has to lose quite a few marks because of this.

Blisko lotniska, jedynym małym minusem sa drzwi do lazienki, a dokladnie mechanizm ich automatycznego zamykania, drzwi zamykaja sie z taka prędkościa, ze jesli nie wbiegnie sie do toalety mozna zostac uderzonym po pietach lub pupie😉 co jak mowie jest malym minusem gdyz w ogolnym rozrachunku mozna stwierdzić ich drzwi zmuszają do ćwiczeń, dbaja o kondyndycje gości🙂

Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

I booked and read the reviews on google, it’s clear to see that Monica has worked hard to fix up the place, the pros: good location Big kitchen with things to cook with Laundry machine Friendly door guy. Close to metro, The cons Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.) The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it. Shared bathroom. Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was. The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.
