"Hotel staff decorated our room for anniversary celebration. Super thoughtful of them. They have different equipments for snorkelling and paddle board for free. Food is great. We had salted egg prawns for one night and steamed prawn with eggs the other night. Some hairs on the bedsheets though... Otherwise the room is very clean. Great air conditioner. There's tour for island visiting and jumping. We joined one for Timba Timba beach, MataKing Island and Pom Pom island. Dived twice and snorkelling for three times. Time well spent with skillful coach and complimentary underwater video taping and photo taking."

"Sipadan Inn 3 is an ideal hotel for travellers on transit to the sea villas vice versa.Strategic location,few minutes walk to seafood restaurants and convenience stores.Also nearby to most jetties where you can take a boat to the islands. Room is clean n has a small balcony facing the jetty."

"nobody answer the hotel phone and there is no way to reach this hotel accept through Trip. Not user friendly. we have made some wrong booking due to flight schedule issue. have tried to call many times to modify our date of stay but nobody answer our call. finally trip replied we cannot modify the date. this is very bad management as it is no last minute change, at least 5 days before the actual date. we have to scramble to reschedule our flight. very bad experience."

"We stayed here for two nights , location is good, centre place in town, only 5 star hotel in whole area, nice swimming pool. But hotel aircon system is not good enough, we have stayed 28 degrees for whole night due too aircon issue, and next night after hotel fixed the problem , I have asked for additional blanket, front desk staff replied me: “we are full house today, you have to pay RM 200 for this “. I was shocked from her answer, hotel charged me 5 star hotel price , with **** service, front desk staff have not been trained to use proper language for 5 star hotel standard. In additional, room seen have not been clean properly, with empty hair conditioner, shower gel and no tissues. Toilet was not clean, with spiderwebs and insects. Furthermore there was also spiderwebs stuck in the ceiling. Overall it was moderate, not 5 stars standard."

"The island itself is simply unreal. It takes you a whole day to stop saying ”oh my god” every time you turn your head. It looks like heaven. We stayed at the water villas and they were also incredible. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager is a great worker and puts a lot of effort in accommodating your needs. There are many activities available every day and there is good flexibility to allow you to do as much as possible every day. You can book dives, even to sipadan. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish on the beach, as everywhere in the Semporna area. But, being this resort so exclusive and expensive, they should really put more effort in cleaning up the beach and snorkeling area, at least once a day. Another improvement area is the menu for vegetarians: the food itself is good, but quite monotonous for vegetarians. Lastly, there is a very nice beach bar area near the pier, which however is not in use and it looks like it hasn't been for a while. The resort at night is very quiet and dark, so putting that bar to use would improve greatly the atmosphere ay night and even during the day, to have a drink between swims and snorkeling sessions."

"All the team and the manager are very nice and kind. They support us to book boat tours and provide all information. Everything organized, picked up from the hotel, food and drinks. The breakfast is ok with Chinese food mainly. The rooms (small wooden chalets) are very well decorated and well equipped. Clean and comfortable! The bathroom is very convenient and clean. We really recommend this place if you stay in Semporna. The only issue, it is a little bit far but the manager can help you to find a way to reach the center."

"Great location. Easy to walk to anywhere. I am a solo female traveller and feel safe here. Night time can be noisy, so recommend to bring earplugs for light sleeper. The owner was so kind. He helped send me to klinic at night due to food poisoning. They do provide hairdryers, towels, and bath amenities."
