"衞生：主要的需求就是希望房間乾淨一點，看其他酒店有很多衞生條件堪憂，但是這家酒店衞生條件確實不錯，很乾凈。總體來説還是很滿意的，有什麼問題及時和老闆溝通都能夠得到快速的解決，還免費幫忙從家庭房升到了4人房。衹是房間地漏不太好，處理了兩回，老闆説是因為我們在1樓還有隔壁地漏也出現了問題，所以一起堵了，出現問題後，幫我們把溢出來的水拖掉解決了。 設施：部分設施不太完善，洗衣服晾衣服要等很久。但是感覺已經很不錯了，東西都是從國內運過去的，老闆説買了幾個洗衣機年後才能到，感覺後面的體驗感會越來越好的！ 環境：環境很不錯，位置也還可以，離新碼頭大約5分鐘的步行路程，走到海鮮市場碼頭十幾分鍾。 服務：服務真的不錯，春節期間房間都住滿了。酒店除了沒有接送機服務，其他應有盡有。有任何問題和客服溝通都能快速得到解決。比如説換錢，忘記帶房卡，買泡麪之類的。早餐雖然不是很豐盛，但是可以湊合吃。 總的來説還是很滿意的。"

"staff is helpful and kind. consider to give us check in 1hr early from the check in time. we check out at 7am because we go to island hopping and they give us to leave our luggage at the hotel and shower there. thankyou so much. will repeat after this. overall 10/10 👍👍👍"

"Overall the stay was ok and the room was quite big for our family of 3 and quite clean. The location and the view from the room was the best. Although it’s in Malaysia, the hotel receptionist can’t speak Malay or English, only Chinese. Hope can improve this. Also, hope can improve the smell in the bathroom. After a while the bathroom smell like sewerage. The photo attached is taken from our room."

"Hotel Review Positive Points: 1. Air-conditioning was very effective and kept the room comfortable throughout the stay. 2. Great window view – beautiful sea and jetty scenery that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. (see my attached picture) 3. Excellent location – conveniently close to eateries and the jetty, making it easy to get around. 4. Reasonably priced in-house food – offers good value for money for guests who prefer to dine in. 5. Complimentary extra bottled water was provided upon request, which was appreciated. 6. Friendly and helpful staff across all departments – from housekeeping, café, and maintenance to the front desk. Everyone was courteous and attentive. 7. Special mention to the chef – a very kind and gentlemanly person. On our first day, we ordered 6 fried eggs for breakfast, assuming they were included. The chef initially didn’t inform us of the RM2 charge per egg and kindly did not charge us for them. When we later tried to order again, he politely informed us about the charge. We truly appreciated his honesty and kind gesture. 8. very nice grilled meat at the roof cafe (5th floor).The promo price is 5 sticks for rm9.9 . worth to eat! --- Areas for Improvement: 1. Limited breakfast buffet selection – mainly local dishes such as chicken, eggs, vegetables, rice, or noodles. While the food was tasty, there were no options like fresh milk, cereal, or egg station. Fruit choices were also limited to just bananas every day. 2. Window leakage during heavy rain – rainwater entered the room. However, the staff responded promptly and mopped the floor immediately. 3. No robe hooks in the bathroom – makes it inconvenient to hang clothes or towels. 4. Shortage of bath towels – clean towels were only available in the late afternoon after laundry was returned. 5. Extra blanket charge – an additional around rm50-60 was required if requesting one more blanket, which felt a bit expensive. 6. Low water pressure in the shower – the water flow was quite weak, making the shower experience less enjoyable. 7. Housekeeping quality needs improvement – there was sand in the room, and although we informed the staff, it was not cleaned properly even after the feedback. Extra Tip for Travellers: There’s no laundry shop in Semporna town, so do remember to bring enough clothes for your stay."

"來仙本那住薇拉瓦麗水屋真的選對了！24小時中國管家太貼心了，溝通零障礙，有任何問題都能第一時間解決，安全感拉滿。 房間是聯排海景雙床房，推開門就是玻璃海，浮潛裝備免費借，隨時可以下海看魚羣和珊瑚，玩累了回來還有豐盛的早餐，完全不用操心。 整個水屋建在翡翠色的海面上，晚上聽着海浪聲入睡，早上被日出喚醒，這才是真正的海島度假！"

"We stayed here for two nights , location is good, centre place in town, only 5 star hotel in whole area, nice swimming pool. But hotel aircon system is not good enough, we have stayed 28 degrees for whole night due too aircon issue, and next night after hotel fixed the problem , I have asked for additional blanket, front desk staff replied me: “we are full house today, you have to pay RM 200 for this “. I was shocked from her answer, hotel charged me 5 star hotel price , with **** service, front desk staff have not been trained to use proper language for 5 star hotel standard. In additional, room seen have not been clean properly, with empty hair conditioner, shower gel and no tissues. Toilet was not clean, with spiderwebs and insects. Furthermore there was also spiderwebs stuck in the ceiling. Overall it was moderate, not 5 stars standard."

"I stayed for two nights, the room is rather small with outdated facilities which are common throughout hotels in northern part of Borneo. The hotel is clean and facilities are sufficient as the typical hotel in Semporna is rather basic. The location is ideal only 10min walk to the front pier, with a 24/7 mcdonald located just across the road! All in all recommend it for a short stay!"
