Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Bandung City

Kamar dan suasana OK. Lokasi tengah kota, hening tp dekat kemana mana. Dekat pasar cihapit, kulineran aman karena sarapan dr guesthouse sorry to say sangat tidak rekomen. Setiap hari GH menyediakan menu dan cust pilih salah satu. Oya saat saya nginap banyak cust tertipu dummy/mainan kue yang terpajang di rak kue. Kasihan pada kena prank. Pas diprotes, si Ibu cuma blg “maaf lupa diambilin”. Kasian pada kecewa Menu cream sup pun pakai jagung yang sudah tua, (keras, tidak ada rasa dan lebih ke sepo / sepah) dan cream soupnya belum merata tepungnya jadi ngendal di lidah. Oya Bapak parkirnya baik, tiap pagi mobil cust dbersihkan jd point plus buat GH ini Overall baik, hanya SANGAT MINUS di menu sarapannya. Semoga kedepan lebih baik, pengen balik kesana kl ke bandung, tapi dengan makanan atau menu yg lebih baik tentunya ☺️🙏🏻

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

Clean and sufficient room for families, we got upgraded from superior to deluxe thanks to kak stephanie 👍🏻 The pool esp kids pool is okay and the warmth is enough eventhough a bit warmer will be best 👍🏻 Location is very good since close to both Lembang or downtown area. The only need improvement is need bigger signage for entrace especially at night so its easier to see the gate.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

Surprisingly, my wonderful experiences came from the food. The first photo is from the hotel breakfast — those crispy, flavorful potatoes were unforgettable! The second one is Ta Wan, right in the adjacent mall, super convenient with so many food choices around. Honestly, staying at Harris Hotel, food is never a problem!

I'm very happy to be able to stay at Kimaya Hotel. Everything was very good, from the cleanliness of the room, comfort and speed of the staff in handling check-in and check-out. But the hotel's facilities need to be improved, such as by maintaining the elevator and adding more equipment to the fitness center to make it more diverse. I had a few problems using it.My suggestion is that perhaps having an adult swimming pool would be much better, as I honestly would really like to swim during my staycation with friends. However, I'm still grateful for the happiness I felt while staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. Travelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
