"Park plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again."

"Our stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite trip."

"Nic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company"

"From the moment I arrived until the second I left I felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was spotless The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Hilton for the amazing stay!"

"It is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again."

"Bright, modern hotel in a good location. Huge comfortable bed, large, clean and pleasant room. Shame some of the design aspects hadn,t been thought through - bed too close to wardrobe, making access difficult; power points too far from mirrors so unable to use the hairdryer in front of a mirror. Breakfast facilities were good, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful, though perhaps not of the highest quality. Staff were all very friendly, though those in the breakfast room were a little too enthusiastic - clearing cutlery/crockery while guests are still using it! Overall good, but could easily be so much better."

"As a first time solo female traveller, I was apprehensive at first. However, I need not to have been. Staff, were amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. At breakfast, I sat alone and a member of staff came over and asked if I was OK, and did I need anything. I just thought it was a lovely personal touch, especially nowadays, where good customer services seems to be a hard ask. This hotel is definitely recommended, and I will definitely be going back next time I am in the city. Keep up the good work!!"

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

Lovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.

The location of the hotel is very good and central in Leeds City Centre which is what I wanted. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep here, I couldn't hear too much sound from outside the room. Amenities were relatively basic, some tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee, the shower had body wash and shampoo provided but no minis. Front desk were always very friendly and helpful, I was checked in and out quickly. No issues, would recommend to anyone visiting Leeds!

Nice location close to city center. Unfortunately we weren’t able to heat up/microwave our daughter’s food who have food allergies unlike when we stayed in Leonardo Hotel Birmingham where they accommodated our request. We had a nice stay though, enjoyed roaming around Leeds and the hotel is close to the train station as well so it was very convenient.

The hotel was beautiful, with lovely grounds perfect for a run or a walk. It also offered free parking, which was really good. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an iron and ironing board because we needed to iron some of our outfits. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…
