This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

Services are good for the price. Good breakfast. Near city center, many restaurants in the area. Staff at reception are wonderful, very positive, friendly , and helpful. No complain at all. Room service staff need more training, they seems forgetful not adding coffee and creamer. Some day they come to clean my room around 4pm. Small gym with few equipment but they all works well. But the floor may need more cleaning.

It was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it.

From the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy.  Breakfast very tasty.  I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

Excellent hotel walkable to most city sights. The standard king room was spotless and spacious. The room was well equipped and had tea, coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was excellent, though did have to queue for 15 minutes on Sunday morning. Nearby is an indoor market which was great as was Simply Fish across the road from the hotel. All staff lovely. Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast.

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Good budget hotel in a great location I had a pleasant stay at ibis Budget Hotel Belfast. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It is easy to reach and convenient for travellers. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and polite during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was basic but good for the price. Overall, this is a good value-for-money hotel if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Belfast. I would recommend it for solo travellers, couples, or short business trips.
