"The room was well equipped and cosy. The location was perfect with access to both train and bus, 8 min walk from both. The staff was friendly. The luggage store helped us to maximise our time in the city. Would certainly recommend the place."

"Excellent hotel walkable to most city sights. The standard king room was spotless and spacious. The room was well equipped and had tea, coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was excellent, though did have to queue for 15 minutes on Sunday morning. Nearby is an indoor market which was great as was Simply Fish across the road from the hotel. All staff lovely. Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast."

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!"

"Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious."

"We were upgraded to a lovely room with a great bathroom. Very quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us very welcome. Parking was £18.00 for 24 hours at the value park, with the hotel discount."

"This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!"

"Se oli upea paikka olla rehellinen, mukava estetiikka ja kaikki, rauhallinen ympäristö, joten tämä paikka on kaunis paikka jäädä. Ainoa ongelmani oli, että he eivät voineet tarkistaa minua aikaisemmin, joten minun piti istua muualla 7 tuntia odottamassa tarkistustani ajoissa, koska lensin Belfastissa klo 8:00. Minä soitin heille tarkistaa @12 mutta he eivät voineet tehdä niin. Saapui kello kolmelta, tunnin varhaisemmin kuin alkuperäinen aika."

"I had the best experience,the reception was soo kind and great, the guy at the front desk,gave me his power bank to charge my phone,kept my luggage,gave directions and called immediately my room was ready… the room was clean,no smell,had a small calendar, and it was close to a lot of tourist sites… I recommend over and over.."

"Great hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter."
