after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

I believe this hotel will be a great plave to stay if ypu are visiting Indiana.

I give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter. We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me. All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave. Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome . Sorry to have to give this type of review but if it's honesty you want then here you go.

It was a good stay

The hotel and area are much different than I remember, but the hotel is an old favorite from 15 years ago, not splashy or extravagant but rooms just big enough to relax and beds comfortable enough to sleep on. Decent place.
