Centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants. Johi at front desk was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast spread could have been better. Only downside is the sound proofing from level above wasn’t great. Could hear kids running around till late night. Overall would recommend this hotel, plus they have free parking for guest unlike other hotels that would charge guest.

The following includes both English and Japanese for your reference. I have also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it is truly a wonderful hotel. I booked a room with a sauna, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The view from the window was incredibly beautiful—beyond words. All of the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service. They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome. I genuinely recommend this hotel. If you visit Rovaniemi, you should definitely stay there.

Vuorilla Itse ajaminen on mukavampaa! Ei kukaan, erittäin hiljainen. Se on noin puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä Santa Elderly Villagesta. Aja hotellin metsään. Yksinäisyydessä on eräänlaista kauneutta! ! Se on myös mystinen... Hotellissa on myös peuroja! Harmi, etten tällä kertaa nähnyt revontulia.

The place is absolutely beautiful, only few steps from Ounasvaara Ski Resort. The Chalet was really good and cosy with amazing views from the windows and balcony. Our private Chalet had a second bedroom which we didn’t use as my daughter and myself preferred the first floor. We loved having our own sauna in the bathroom, great addition to relax and we enjoyed it sooo much! Breakfast was excellent with great selection, we loved the waffle maker! Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent, not far from the airport, city centre, and Santa Claus Village. Overall, perfect Chalet, we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a great time!

高級感滿滿，房屋外形別緻，房間大小尚可備品齊全，牙膏牙刷都有。酒店早餐很不錯，品種豐富有鮮榨果汁，並且我們還用了午餐，味道也很好。體驗了酒店客人獨家的麋鹿雪橇，要比去聖誕長者村的好不少。 可能是在機場起降航線下方，有時候飛機經過會有點吵，不夠靜謐。性價比感覺比較一般。

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

The reception team at Apukka was top-notch, and they even had a room ready for me when I arrived slightly earlier than check-in time, which was a great relief after my long journey from Copenhagen. But it wasn't just the accommodations and the views that made my stay exceptional. I also had the pleasure of experiencing a thrilling husky ride and learning about how these incredible dogs are trained from puppies to their role as working animals. The passion and knowledge of the guides who led this adventure were truly remarkable. The 'Meet the Reindeer' session was a delightful educational experience. I gained a newfound appreciation for these magnificent creatures and learned so much about their role in the local culture and environment. The guides who accompanied us during the husky and reindeer experiences were nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and enthusiasm added a whole new dimension to the trip. Apukka Resort delivered a magical and unforgettable experience. The comfortable bed, the regular appearance of the Northern Lights, the enriching encounters with huskies and reindeer, and the exceptional guides all contributed to making this trip one of the best times of my life.
