Centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants. Johi at front desk was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast spread could have been better. Only downside is the sound proofing from level above wasn’t great. Could hear kids running around till late night. Overall would recommend this hotel, plus they have free parking for guest unlike other hotels that would charge guest.

Buffet-aamiaisella oli laaja valikoima vaihtoehtoja, mukaan lukien suosikkini, lohen vatsa ja naudanfilee. Kaikki oli uskomattoman tuoretta ja herkullista, juuri sopivasti maukasta, ei suolaista ja mehukasta. Se oli todellinen herkku! Aamiaisalue oli riittävän tilava suurellekin ryhmälle. Huone oli riittävän tilava kahdelle hengelle, jotta he pystyivät purkamaan tavaransa ja purkamaan ne samanaikaisesti!

Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas. The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

Erinomainen sijainti, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lähellä olevista supermarketeista ja baareista. Lähellä on myös bussipysäkki, josta pääsee busseilla Joulupukin kylään ja rautatieasemalle. Aivan hotellin vieressä on Beyond Arctic Adventures, josta varasimme revontuliretkemme. Aamiaisbuffet ei ollut laaja, mutta silti melko hyvä valikoima kaiken kaikkiaan. Huoneessamme ei ollut hiustenkuivaajaa, eikä lämmitin oikein toiminut. Käytössä oli myös yhteinen keittiö, joten pystyimme valmistamaan omat ateriamme.

The place is absolutely beautiful, only few steps from Ounasvaara Ski Resort. The Chalet was really good and cosy with amazing views from the windows and balcony. Our private Chalet had a second bedroom which we didn’t use as my daughter and myself preferred the first floor. We loved having our own sauna in the bathroom, great addition to relax and we enjoyed it sooo much! Breakfast was excellent with great selection, we loved the waffle maker! Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent, not far from the airport, city centre, and Santa Claus Village. Overall, perfect Chalet, we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a great time!

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.
