Erinomaista! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hieno sijainti Bell Towerin lähellä. Ympäröi erilaisia ruokavalioita ja yö ruokaa pysäköinti. Lyhyt kävely muslimiläiselle oli myös hyvä. kävelymatkan seinään myös. Huoneet olivat puhtaat ja sänkyt ja levyt olivat mukavia. Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja apua; tarjoavat ruokaa ehdotuksia ja aina tervehtinyt meitä hymyä, kun kävelimme menneisyydessä. Kiitos paljon 3 x Xiao Wang (Xiao Wang) tekevät meistä tuntea niin tervetulleita!

I booked a stay using a promotional voucher, which covered the room and included added benefits like midnight snacks, free coffee, and bar snacks. While the voucher made the stay affordable, I was surprised that some of these perks weren’t clearly communicated or easy to access. For instance, the midnight snacks and bar offerings weren’t highlighted during check-in, and I ended up not utilizing them fully—a missed opportunity to enjoy the package’s full value. I only used the airport transfer voucher. It was quite easy to pre-book the airport pickup. The hotel itself meets standard expectations: functional rooms, a decent breakfast, and a laundry service. However, the service felt a bit detached. Staff were polite but somewhat aloof (“very cool” in demeanor), offering minimal proactive assistance. A warmer approach or a quick rundown of included amenities during arrival would’ve made a difference. The lingering smoke smelt was a bit disappointing. The hotel was further from the metro station. Overall this hotel was a practical choice, there were a variety of food options for morning breakfast, we have a good stay here.

Absolutely love this place staff really tried hard. They were very very nice people. Breakfast is good. afternoon tea was better and his pictured supper was good in an interesting sort of soupy sort of way free drink was excellent a very nice red wine. The pool was open but it was too cold to use but had a great city view. Sort of a weird seaside feel in the middle of the city. Not that obvious to find because it’s just a door and then you go to the 16th floor it’s all at the top of the building. Beds are comfortable rooms are big Sofa snacks tea bath shower all very up-to-date and cool

Friendly and ever warm welcoming of staff whenever we get back to the hotel after exhausted from our days’ trip. We were given a free upgrade of a higher floor room when we reached. Room service attendants are the best and I was really impressed how detailed and sweet the lady was in knowing we usually prefer our rooms to be cleaned after lunch as we do sleep in quite abit for most mornings. The cutest robot ever delivering our food deliveries every evening.🥰 If only there were more varieties and food options for breakfast.

Honestly, we had a very pleasant stay at Xi'an. As a muslim traveller, staying at Campanile is the best choice we did. So easy to go to muslim street, and the road to hotel are safe even you are going back midnite(but for us, because out trip during winter, 11 o'clock consider midnite). At the centre of Xi'an, easy to get didi, taxi or metro. Usually we just walking around to see the Xi'an daily life. Hotel are very cozy, even though it's not a very big hotel but the environment are safe and peace. The staff also very helpful, especially front desk staff. Very good english, so we can discuss the things we need and asking about centre attraction nearby. If you want a hotel with a grat view, maybe Campanile not the 1st choice, but we think we go travel because we want to explore the place, so Campanile are very good enough to make sure you had a very good bed to sleep. For me, with the price, for sure it's worth every penny. If we visit Xi'an again one fine day, we will stay at Campanile again! Thank you Campanile's Hotel for being my nice experience while in Xi'an.

Cons: - Service was unprofessional. During check in on the first day, the front desk staff seemed clueless as to what he was supposed to do — he asked for our name (which was in English as we made the booking on Trip.com) and did not seem to be able to find our booking. Following this, he did not seem to know how to solve the problem and neither did he take the initiative to ask us for our passport. I had to offer our passport to him to help him find our booking. - After checking us in, the front desk staff did not provide any details as to where the restaurant was (as our package was inclusive of breakfast). Neither did he provide details as to where the washing machine and gym rooms were until we asked for these details. No instructions were given for connecting to the hotel WiFi, and we had to thereafter ask the staff for help with the connection as foreigners were unable to connect to the WiFi via the usual methods. - On the second day of our stay, we received a call from the front desk, who said that they were calling to verify our booking, as they were facing a shortage of rooms. This threw us off as it seemed that the hotel did not do their job of checking us in properly and the staff were not familiar with their own front desk or hotel procedures. Further, the staff made it sound as if we should bear the brunt of the consequences for this error and that we would have to move out given that they did not check us in properly and were facing a shortage of rooms. We had to emphasise again that our booking was confirmed on Trip.com. - One of the front desk staff who was on the night shift was also inattentive, rude and unprofessional. She was using her phone when we informed her that our room needed to be cleaned for the day, and subsequently did not seem to make a note of what we had told her. She merely gave us a dismissive “ok” and went back to using her phone. - The hallways would often have a strong cigarette smell even though we had requested for a non-smoking floor - As previous reviews had highlighted, the shower’s heating system would fluctuate between being hot and cold all of a sudden, which made it easy for users to fall sick especially in winter or be at risk of being scalded by the shower system. It would be good for the hotel to look into this, especially since this has not been fixed since the issue was surfaced in previous reviews - Location-wise there was a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance, and lots of neighbourhood eateries nearby. However, the metro was rather far (about a 15 minute walk), unlike what is represented on the hotel’s Trip.com page. For those who would like to stay closer to the attractions such as the Bell and Drum tower and shopping malls, this location might be less ideal depending on preference. - One of the cleaning staff who cleaned our room on 27 December 2025 did not clean our room despite being reminded to do so, and when she eventually came, she did a slipshod job — she failed to refill the vanity kit, and while tidying the study desk, knocked over our boxes and bottles and did not even attempt to reorganise our items properly after leaving them in such a state. Pros: - Cleanliness was excellent and must be commended. The room, bedsheets, towels and amenities were always clean and spotless every day, which made this a pleasant and comfortable stay. - Most of the staff responsible for tidying our rooms were all extremely friendly and diligent, and was truly the highlight of our stay. They were also generous if we needed to request for more bottles of water or tissues. We had a pleasant experience with most of the cleaning staff, with the exception of one of them as mentioned above. - Hotel is very high-tech, with smart controls installed in the room which made it very convenient to access the lights, TV and air conditioning - Facilities including the hairdryer were very new and cleano

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

I really enjoyed my stay at Desti Youth Park Hostel. The location was right in the center, the hostel had clean facilities and the staff was very supportive. I’ll gladly stay there again! Extra points for the amazing local noodle place that a member of the staff recommended me!!

A real gem in China! Friendly staff, who were very happy to help with tickets for attractions and shows, as well as provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well located for everything and for anything further afield, Xi'an's Didis are inexpensive and the drivers are generally super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were fine, everything is cooked to order, which we all liked as usual hotel buffets tend to be less fresh and hot. The hotel was quirky and interesting, and my children really enjoyed their time at the cat cafe. All in all, a fantastic stay in a comfortable, well appointed and very reasonably priced hotel.

地理位置離火車站很近，也就幾百米，酒店在大明宮宴的內部，酒店門前有着一路的紅色氛圍燈，建議夜晚入住。房內設施和攜程界面描述完全一致，解構風裝修尤為獨特，內部設施的觀賞性很好，早起陽光明媚，拉開窗簾可以看見近在咫尺的火車軌道，還有列車上的人們的笑臉。當然夜晚還可以伴着列車駛過的聲音入睡，推薦睡眠質量好且喜歡火車高鐵風景的朋友來入住。
