非常好，預訂後沒多一會兒酒店就打電話來確認，並且告知把車可以直接停在酒店門口。 房間裝修優雅別緻，我定了小院的房型，為了可以在户外抽煙。但是户外的桌椅早上起來一看，有點兒臟，可能需要請阿姨每次打掃衞生後把露台桌椅也擦一擦。 房間非常舒適，二層的房間很方便，有洗衣房和健身房都在這層。 我很喜歡這家酒店，因為有露台。下次還會來住的如果再來瀋陽。 洗衣房我好喜歡，真希望把家裡洗衣房也裝修成這樣。 設施齊全，備品好評，伴手禮好評！有耳塞眼罩，超級棒！ 前台店員也都集體很不錯～

Forgot to take a pic of the room because it was make us so surprised with the room environment, it was look so nice and clean,inside the room have a washing machine,bathtub and the room space is very big, nice location,hotel provide breakfast also very nice 💯next time if come back shengyang again i will book again this hotel !

Very cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, great staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, next to the European street, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to places that you wanna see.

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. Thank you Eric Jin and the Swiss hotel team, I will come again.

Very nice and modern room. Very clean. However,the room was facing the busy street in front with a lot of traffic,and windows are not totally soundproof. Staff is friendly,some English spoken. Not too much around the hotel though,Luckin coffee shop right by. Not too far from both railway stations,Shenyang station and north station. Metro about 10 min walk away. Bus stop right outside with buses to the train station/metro and main central area.

We stayed as Family with 2 children at the Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Hotel Location is close to the Train Station and some of the Tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there is not the „real pulse of Shenyang“, as it is More in a „railroad like“ area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Mermaid at the front desk is my favorite person, her customer service is impeccable. This is my second time coming here. The hotel is perfect, so much peace😌and the room was updated so nicely. I will go ahead and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Kaiken kaikkiaan sijainti on melko hyvä ja lähellä Shenyang palatsi. Kuitenkin didi kuljettajat eivät näytä tuntevan sitä ja aina laittaa minut toisella puolella hotelli. Puhtaus on monia kulmia huoneessa, jotka jätetään melko likainen/pöly. Koska en viettänyt eniten aikaa huoneessa ja on housut, en halunnut pyytää muutosta huoneessa tai mitä tahansa. Omassa huoneessani se oli pieni, mutta riittää. Yksi asia huomattavaa - jos olet valoinen nukkuja kuten minä, jossa et voi nukkua melun tai valon, voit huomata, että huoneet ovat lähes ääni todisteita ja sokeat eivät todella estää valoa kirkkaasta myös.

I was living here for 5 nights, the stuff wearing the traditional clothes was kind. Its location is the best in Shenyang! 100m away from Gugong, 5 minutes from the closest metro station. I lived in 6-person room. Roommates were quiet, majority of them lived for a night. My capsule was good, but had some hairs close to a mattress, but I immediately closed eyes to that point, because, I repeat, price is great. A hall is amazing! WC is clear.
