The hotel is located near the Liaoning university station. This is a bit far from the historical sites like the shenyang Gugong but it is a bit closer to places like shenyang bei station and the beiling park. The bed in the room is quite comfortable and I have no complaints about the facilities in general. It was also quiet. There are restaurants, convenience stores nearby. For these reasons I would recommend this hotel especially as the price is likely to be lower on non-holidays.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the staff. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the attention to detail in maintaining its tidiness was truly commendable. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch，and I appreciated the serene atmosphere it offered. the location of [阿尔塔酒店式公寓（沈阳青年大街茂业中心 店)] was perfect. Situated in a convenient and central area, it was easy for me to explore the nearby attractions and immerse myself in the local culture. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation made getting around hassle-free. Overall, my stay at [阿尔塔酒店式公寓（沈阳青年大街茂业中心 店)] exceeded my expectations in every way. Location best, few mins walking distance to mrt station and bus station, a lot of food choice downstairs. Clean and spacious room.

The Ruicheng Oriental Hotel is an excellent place to stay and central to the city with immediate access to the subway. Their breakfasts are top notch and their service and cleanliness and laundry room and gym rooms are excellent. I docked one star for their amenities because their bar could be better stocked and more accessible.

The hotel has a good location. It is close to major attractions and large shopping malls, but not on a noisy street. The room was clean, fresh bed linen and towels. But I didn't like that the hotel was very hard to find - there was not a single sign with the name of the hotel and the entrance looked more like a service entrance. The impression of living was greatly spoiled by the terrible condition of the bathroom. The shower is old, in poor condition, the water barely flowed and the sewer system did not work. there were huge puddles and a very slippery floor.

The hotel is pretty close to Shenyang station and shopping area. Taiyuan pedestrian shopping street is so liveable and fun during day and night. I booked for a non smoking room but given a smoking room. After requested to change, they were happy to fulfil my request. The manager was so helpful, thank you. They don’t speak English but have no issue in communication. Next morning I’ve met the manager again in the lobby, he told the staff in the breakfast room to help me as well, she especially brought me a plate with knife and fork and showed me to a table, great service, thank you.

【Travel with my mom】 Cleanliness: It’s very clean, but just that the previous resident might smoke in the room, making it heavy of cigarette smell when I just come in. Location: It’s strategic, 10-ish minutes walk to the metro station called 金融中心 (Jin Rong Zhong Xin) and nearby Muslim Street (where they sell halal foods along the street) Service: The owner there is very friendly and always be there to help you!! Amenities: They provide slippers, basic hygiene stuff, and you may take some free amenities on the counter if you forgot to bring one!! The body wash and the hair shampoo are nice too Overall, I enjoy my stay over here and will come back again!! This hotel i choose coz near the Shenyang highspeed train station.After i stay ,good for all. Staff vy kind and helpful .Hotel also hv laudry service which is free of charge.Hotel clean .worth for it.

最寄りの地下鉄の駅「皇寺路」から10分以上歩きます。それが難点です。西塔周辺の韓国街の中心にも10分歩くと到着します。韓国街が目的の人はよいかもしれません。 そのためかホテルの設備も韓国風になっています。高床の上に薄い布団が敷いてある感じです。ベッドではありません。 シャワーとトイレは一体になっていて、シャワールーム内にドライヤーもあるので濡れないか心配でした。またシャワーは昔ながらの熱湯と冷水の蛇口を自分で調節するスタイルです。水圧は充分すぎるほど強いです。 ひげ剃り、歯ブラシ、シャンプーが付いています。 大通り添いにありますが静かでした。ホテルの前は砂や石が散らかっていて、一見、廃業したかと思うようなほどです。 各部屋のドアに「18歳未満立ち入り禁止」と看板が貼ってあります。 フロントのスタッフは好意的でした。
