"The room offered excellent value for money considering both its size and location. I booked a double room, which consisted of two connected rooms—one as a living area, leading to a bedroom, and then to a bathroom with a dressing area. Overall, the space felt much larger than what was stated in the listing. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the subway, and it's also within walking distance of Shenyang Railway Station. The interior had a classic hotel style with warm, muted tones. Despite the traditional look, the room and its amenities were well-maintained and not outdated. There were even two televisions provided. At a price of 400–500 CNY, I found this accommodation to be an excellent deal. It would be hard to find another room that offers such great value."

"Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again."

"Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome."

"We stayed as Family with 2 children at the Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Hotel Location is close to the Train Station and some of the Tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there is not the „real pulse of Shenyang“, as it is More in a „railroad like“ area. "The hotel was great for location next to the railway station but that’s where it ends. After a long day of travel I wanted to settle with a bottle of wine and was told they do not have any wine. Then there is the construction next door, there were jack hammers going until 10pm in the evening that literally reverberated through the entire building. When booking no mention was made of this construction. The entry to the hotel had a crane operating in the driveway and you had to walk under suspended loads with no supervision, serious hazard. There is no restaurant in the evening only breakfast."

"This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. "It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area."

"Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again."

"Our stay in the Longemont hotel was very relaxing and felt like home. The staff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. We stayed in the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Always felt secure during our stay. One of the duty managers Mr Damon exceeded our expectations. All the amenities provided were easily accessible. Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Overall a good hotel. Room is spacious and clean. They give you free cookies upon arrival which is nice. The location is not the best since the area around is not as popular any more. They took 500 rmb during check in and said clearly that they need to inspect the room upon checkout."
