Our last stop of Indonesia trip, IC Bali team has delivered a memorable experience to end the long vacation. Concierge trainee - Jeffrey and Front Desk - Ari have been very helpful, room is a bit tired and gotta need to change for another room, both Ari and Jeffrey have been assisting us and provided shift assistance. Sunset bar team is fantastic! Checked on us very often on food quality and comment, and they performed shift response when rain happens.

Massive resort, rooms very nice, staff super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. Location right on the water front and very relaxing and peaceful. No annoying constant street vendors trying to sell you crap etc etc. appeals to the higher and upper end or families and doesn’t have the bogan feel other areas have. So the negatives would be resort is so large to walk to your room to the beach is quite a trek. The pool is not very well catered for the resort as it’s so big and I would guess has a few thousand guest capacity and yet only 30 seats at pool side - doesn’t make sense. Also there’s no real Swimming area at the beach as it’s full of tied up boats, nice to look at but not really a swimming beach so heavily rely on having a well catered pool area with seating, which were limited.  But overall having stated these 2 negatives I would still highly recommend as it was pleasant place to stay and had a very relaxed vibe.
