Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time.

Olemme tässä hotellissa lokakuun 29 päivän ja marraskuun 4. Yleensä, henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja huone puhdisti päivittäin tuoreet pyyhkeet tarjotaan , jotka arvosimme. Ennakkomaksu ja varasin pysäköinti viisi päivää, mutta toisella illalla kaikki paikat olivat jo otettu, ja minulle käskettiin vain pysäköidä eri rakennuksessa lähellä. Tämä oli erittäin epämukava joutua kuljettaa asioita kolmannessa kerroksessa toinen pysäköintirakenne ja tuhlaa ylimääräistä aikaa. Se osoitti, että vaikka maksat etukäteen, pysäköintipaikka ei ole taattu kukaan ulkopuolelta voi ottaa sen. Joten maksat, mutta loppuu ilman palvelusta, jonka lupasin. Yleensä henkilöstö yritti tarjota hyvää palvelua, mutta organisaatioon liittyvät ongelmat, huoltoon liittyvät ongelmat ja huonosti hallinnoittu pysäköintijärjestelmä heikensi vakavasti mukavuutta. Valitettavasti tämän kokemuksen jälkeen en voi suositella tätä hotellia.

The location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past.

Great location walking diatance to beach and better shopping stores and restaurants! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

We loved our stay! 🌴 The staff was very welcoming, and everything was perfectly arranged. The infinity pool with an ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the live music in the evening created such a magical vibe. A wonderful place to relax everything was just perfect! 💫

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。

It was cheapest hotel for 170$ per night in Honolulu. Room clean and have everything you need. If in normal city can say that price for such place should be 30$, but Hawaii it’s Hawaii. Can recommend this hotel, but not recommend to visit Hawaii - there much better places for less price in the world
