I have no complaints at all - this might be the perfect resort at this price point. Check-in was smooth, the rooms are excellent (albeit maybe a bit on the small side for three persons, and we did miss not having a barhtub), the view excellent (description said “ocean view” and it was better than expected, even from the Pacific Tower), restaurants both great. The location is perfect, just a few min walk from the Royal Hawaiian Center; and the hotel has its own /small/ beach with really a good view of the sunset. Big shoutout to the very friendly staff at Monkeypod Kitchen as well as the poolside Towel Hut! Would revisit without a doubt!

Olemme tässä hotellissa lokakuun 29 päivän ja marraskuun 4. Yleensä, henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja huone puhdisti päivittäin tuoreet pyyhkeet tarjotaan , jotka arvosimme. Mutta useita kysymyksiä merkittävästi vaikuttaa kokemuksemme. Ensinnäkin, käytettävissä oleva kylpyhuone, jota varasimme, ei vastannut kuvia. Ei ollut käsin suihku pää, joka oli tärkeää meille. Toiseksi, peili kulkutiellä oli huomattavasti likainen saapuessaan, näkyvillä raitoja kosteasta vaatteesta melko epämiellyttävä hotelli tällaista tasoa. Kerroin myös, että sukellusveneen vesi räjähti kaikkialla, suolaamalla kääntöpää ja lattia. Minulle kerrottiin, että kysymys tarkistetaan, mutta mitään ei korjattu koko oleskelumme. Myös kylpyhuoneessa käytetyn vesien säätöjärjestelmä oli hyvin epämukava, ja meillä oli jatkuvasti ongelmia epävakaa kuuman veden paine. Erillinen suuri kysymys oli pysäköinti. Ennakkomaksu ja varasin pysäköinti viisi päivää, mutta toisella illalla kaikki paikat olivat jo otettu, ja minulle käskettiin vain pysäköidä eri rakennuksessa lähellä. Tämä oli erittäin epämukava joutua kuljettaa asioita kolmannessa kerroksessa toinen pysäköintirakenne ja tuhlaa ylimääräistä aikaa. Se osoitti, että vaikka maksat etukäteen, pysäköintipaikka ei ole taattu kukaan ulkopuolelta voi ottaa sen. Joten maksat, mutta loppuu ilman palvelusta, jonka lupasin. Yleensä henkilöstö yritti tarjota hyvää palvelua, mutta organisaatioon liittyvät ongelmat, huoltoon liittyvät ongelmat ja huonosti hallinnoittu pysäköintijärjestelmä heikensi vakavasti mukavuutta. Valitettavasti tämän kokemuksen jälkeen en voi suositella tätä hotellia.

Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

Overall, had a nice stay and can recommend it! The room was just the right size, really nice bed and fairly well equipped. Would've liked some additional amenities and a kettle but got it sent up to the room after a quick request to the front desk. The immediate vicinity of the hotel has what you might want, a bunch of supermarkets and restaurants and isn't too noisy. Would've been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the construction ground blocking the view to the ocean (no bigger issue with noise, in case someone would be concerned). Oh, also the gym present on the premises was much more well equipped than I would've expected and should be enough for the typical gym rat to flex a little bit before going to the beach(not enough for a serious session ofc).

Sijainti: Pääkadun vilkkaalla alueella, helppo liikkua. Varusteet: Vanhemmat. Huoneen koko on ok. Äänieristys on kuitenkin huono, mikä tekee mahdottomaksi nukkua hiljaa joka yö 18. kerroksessa. Laulaminen ja laulaminen joka ilta on ikuinen teema😂 Pysäköinti: Pysäköintimaksu on noin 50 dollaria/yö. Saaren säännöt 😅

The room was gorgeous and very stylish. However, the hotel itself was very average. There was no hot tub and only one event during our entire stay. The hotel is located a bit a ways from downtown Waikiki so we ended up having to Uber as there wasn’t a ton within walking distance of the hotel to enjoy. They also began doing construction across the street our last day at 4 AM so we were unfortunately woken up by this on top of the daily rooster the decided to Crow each and every morning at around 5 AM. All in all the rooms were great, and the staff were friendly, but there isn’t enough to keep you at the hotel and entertained. The food at the new restaurant was also not good at all causing us to have to venture away from the hotel to find food, even if we just wanted a snack.

L’emplacement est idéal, très pratique et bien situé. La vue était magnifique, offrant un cadre vraiment agréable et relaxant. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel très professionnel et attentionné. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation !

The hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake.

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

Huone on järkevästi suunniteltu ja se on sviitti, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta sisällä ja ulkopuolella, ja se sopii perhematkalle. Avokeittiö, iso ruokapöytä, täydelliset kattilat ja pannut, puhdas ja järjestetty. 27. kerroksen merinäköalahuoneessa on laaja näkymä ja hyvä äänieristys. Tämä oli erittäin tyydyttävä oleskelu, täydellinen lopetus. Kun pääsin hissiin, tapasin parin, jossa oli viisi lasta, luulisin, että lisävuode, siihen sopiva vuodesohva ja 1,8 metriä leveä sänky riittäisi. Voit mennä japanilaiseen supermarkettiin 10 minuutissa. Saat alennuksia hedelmistä ja vihanneksista, jos syötät passin kuva alla. Viiden minuutin kävelymatka rannalle.
