"Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Se on 1 minuutin päässä rannalta. Lähellä on monia aktiviteetteja, kuten surffausta, uintia ja yömarkkinoita täynnä ihmisiä ja lomatunnelmaa. Hotellissa on ilmainen aamiainen, joka on melko hyvä. Pysäköinti maksaa 35 dollaria per päivä. Huone on puhdas ja siisti Talo on vanha, mutta hyvin pidetty. Se on myös hyväksyttävää tässä paikassa. Hotellissa on pyyhkeet uimista ja snorklausta varten. Ihmiset juovat täällä tyyppistä vettä, joten jos tarvitset, kysy vastaanotosta kuumavesipullo."

"Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time."

"We loved our stay! 🌴 The staff was very welcoming, and everything was perfectly arranged. The infinity pool with an ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the live music in the evening created such a magical vibe. A wonderful place to relax everything was just perfect! 💫"

"酒店位置不錯，服務人員熱情，房間高層也比較安靜，整潔。房間面積比較大。缺點就是第一次去🉐費點時間去找前台。需要找到手扶電梯下到地下一層辦理入住。因為整個樓是商住兩用，樓道里🈶明顯的廚房味道。裝修比較老舊，開車的話🉐從車庫下到一樓，再轉電梯去房間 The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first ba*****t floor to check in. As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned. If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room."

"Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!"

"The location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past."

"Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again."

"Huone on järkevästi suunniteltu ja se on sviitti, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta sisällä ja ulkopuolella, ja se sopii perhematkalle. Avokeittiö, iso ruokapöytä, täydelliset kattilat ja pannut, puhdas ja järjestetty. 27. kerroksen merinäköalahuoneessa on laaja näkymä ja hyvä äänieristys. Tämä oli erittäin tyydyttävä oleskelu, täydellinen lopetus. Kun pääsin hissiin, tapasin parin, jossa oli viisi lasta, luulisin, että lisävuode, siihen sopiva vuodesohva ja 1,8 metriä leveä sänky riittäisi. Voit mennä japanilaiseen supermarkettiin 10 minuutissa. Saat alennuksia hedelmistä ja vihanneksista, jos syötät passin kuva alla. Viiden minuutin kävelymatka rannalle."
