"Elämäni huonoin kokemus hotellissa. Varasin tämän hotellin 3 päiväksi ja 2 yöksi. Ensimmäisen päivän oleskelu on erinomainen. Ei ongelmia ollenkaan. Palvelu on hyvää. Toinen päivä uloskirjautumiseen on pahin. Ilmastoinnin jäähdytys toisena päivänä alkoi lämmetä. Lähdimme hotellista iltapäivällä ja palasimme yöllä. Yllätykseksemme ilmastointi ei yhtäkkiä toimi. Siinä on virheilmoitus FO. En ole tekninen, mutta yksinkertaisella selityksellä, se täytyy korjata teknikon toimesta. Koska tulimme takaisin yöllä, yritin ottaa yhteyttä tämän paikan huoltajaan, mutta ymmärrän, että hän ei voinut enää vastata, koska oli jo yö. Ainoa mitä tein, oli avata ikkunat, koska sisällä ei ollut enää tuuletusta. Oli edelleen kuuma ja olimme kaikki hien peitossa. En myöskään voinut nukkua koko yönä, koska lentokone kulkee 30 minuutin välein ja se on erittäin kovaa siitä lähtien, kun avasimme ikkunamme. Olen erittäin pettynyt, koska tämän piti olla viimeinen yöpymiseni täällä Pasayssa ennen kuin menen kotiin. Nyt lähden kotiin nukkumatta ollenkaan."

It has such great vibes, and the view is absolutely spectacular—perfect for sunset lovers and those who enjoy infinity pools. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere and the food were both amazing! I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding. This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻 I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying. I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful. I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking. Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort. "Booking this hotel is as easy as you order food from the restaurant. Facility wise its good enough for a solo traveler or even with your friends. Although no breakfast included but the location is best enough since a variety of fast food and fine dining are just every where in that area. In general, this condotel specifically Henry's Newport hotel is good for me to a one night stay since its very near the airport. One request only is to have a weighing scale for travelers to have an access prior to going to the airport. I will book this hotel in my future travels in the Philippines."

"We booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3—perfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash) The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didn’t use them. However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldn’t get drenched—a workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didn’t let us through the basement. It’s quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, it’s hard to give this a full recommendation. If you’re only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and aren’t too bothered by insects, it does the job."

"The location to get the airport is so great. The room was excellent at this time, actually the room quality is depends on your luck, you never know which room you are assigned. At previous time when I stayed, the room was messy not cleaned. Additionally when you stay this hotel, you have to make a call or send mail when you arrive there on staying day, so it’s little bit bothering you."
