We had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place and will definitely come back. The service was superb from start to finish. All the staff were very approachable, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. My family and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Lanson Place team for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We paid 3500 for the food sa NYE countdown, di worth it, overprice, food taste like crap and yung fireworks tinipid, yung banda naman boses ipis! Sabi na nga ba wag mag NYE sa pool area eh, overprice di naman worth it. Waste of money! Room is superb okay, buti nalang di kami nag avail ng breakfast.

We booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3—perfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash) The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didn’t use them. However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldn’t get drenched—a workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didn’t let us through the basement. It’s quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, it’s hard to give this a full recommendation. If you’re only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and aren’t too bothered by insects, it does the job.

We had a wonderful stay at Shore Residence. Our booking was smooth and hassle-free. We enjoyed watching the concert nearby, which was a great experience. The location is very accessible, especially since it's close to MOA—perfect for those who love to walk around and explore. The walkable distance to key attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay!

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

The room is clean and cozy despite being cheap. The staff (Ms. Nimfa) is helpful and accomodating.

Excellent location because it was only one night before heading to the airport. Very friendly service and quick check-in. The only downside was that there was no toilet paper and there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom.

So nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
